I would not consider this an English-friendly resort. Most workers do not know any English, this includes service staff and even security officers. This made ordering, checking in, and generally asking for help difficult. Very safe and clean place to stay that is in a gated community. we could easily walk to a big grocery store to pick up supplies for the trip. Great first night stop. Beautiful grounds you feel like you are in an old Villa. Air conditioning works well, beds are okay and small. Great value and location for the price.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The living facility was quiet and very comfortable. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get away from big hotels and resorts with tons of people.

Noise levels were high due to the construction outside and all the cars driving by at all hours of the night. It wouldn’t be too bad but they have a speed bump right in front of the hotel so people naturally would floor it afterward causing a ton of noise. Wouldn’t recommend if you like sleeping but it is cheap!

We stayed at Hotel coastal love in Punta Cana the last night we were in Punta Cana. It was an older hotel amenities were great. The man greeted my great nephews with a bar pizza. I have never seen that much care for clientele that he had never met in my entire life and I’m 75 I would give them a 5.0 on the scale of just being tremendous human

Close to the airport. Rooms are average, the area is quite noisy. For a stopover it is more than ok. Hotel stuff is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast ok too.

This is a small clean and affordable hotel... for the price I paid i really can't complain... staff is great, rooms are clean. I read about the noise, and there is a lot of noise, but I did not find it unbearable....all in all, I would recommend it, at least for a couple nights....

I would like to thank the owner and other workers for the warm welcome and help with everything we needed. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. We were very satisfied.
