Carmen Vazquez makes the daily entertainment each evening lively, fun and inclusive. Ramon and Santos at the main pool are familia! The service is impeccable

The pool was disgusting, dirty and had copies amounts of algae and visible debris and slime all over the bottom and sides. I have seen better pools in apartment complexes

The pool was great! They said the Sanctuary Town would be open Wednesday-Saturday and because it rained they kept it closed limiting things to do and places to eat to 3 places

We were in the “upgraded” section of the property, the “Castle”, in a swim out suite of a private pool

I loved the resort, and the staff were very helpful and respectful. I didn't know there wasn't a beach and the ocean in front of us looked like a dirty river. I didn't care for any of the food, but drinks were great

First I would like to mention how great the staff was. We were there from Wednesday through Sunday and we saw the exact same staff, morning, noon and night. I can’t say enough about how great they were

The resort is very clean and very quiet. The beach area was a little disappointing but that wasn’t the resort fault. We went to the spa and had a wonderful message and hydration therapy

Amazing staff so kind and ready to help in whichever way. The food and drinks were awesome ! The entertainment was spectacular. Went on a trip with friends and we had such a wonderful time and will be going back soon!!!!

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful

The resort is absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept. One improve would be the reservation times for restaurants. You have a very small window in the day to make them

There are people selling stuff in the beach which affects your calm and enjoyment. Front desk could improve as we payed for a service that was not provided. Fortunately this was resolved

We chose the hotel for a long time and chose this hotel and were not mistaken. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, our breakfast was included. We had lunch and dinner in a cafe, the price is normal

The proximity to the ocean and the beach in this area is really one of the best - white sand that does not heat up in the sun, azure water, almost always without waves. If there are waves, then they are small

Great hotel, good grounds and level of service. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. It's just that there are good conditions and low prices. I recommend.

The beach is excellent, the sea is excellent. In general, we rested very well

The best beachfront condos in Punta Cana. Apartments are nicely equipped but who wants to sit inside anyway. Poolside or beach is where we hung out in between tours and trips. Quick walk to many restaurants

Beautiful place right on the Beach front. The apartment was spacious and clean, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The pool area is really nice and the beach as well

Clean, comfortable, great service, good pool, great little restaurant by the pool, easy access to a great clean beach, wonderful porch, and quiet. This was a perfect place without spending a large amount.

Absolute perfection, from the pool side bar to the resort style private beach with plenty of palapas for everyone. Everything you need is within a five minute walk. From bars and restaurants, to groceries

Stayed in a 2 bedroom with a loft with our 2 young adult kids last week and it was perfect! Great location for tons of restaurants, beautiful beach with activities you can rent right on your doorstep

Grounds were PRISTINE, on site cafe had nice breakfast and cheap drinks. Staff was incredibly helpful and spoke great English. HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a condo in Bavaro
