This place could have been better since it has amazing beach and the food is quite decent. However all the receptionists were quite cold and rude and they did not respond at all to our requests.

Wonderful and fun place. They have a good amount of activities to keep you at Bay during your stay. The rooms are spotless-clean and you can get an excellent view of the sun setting by taking a 3-minute walk to the beach. And the visitors are always so nice to meet and greet.

Our stay was ok, only issue we had was them not having our room we booked available on checkin. I believe that is due to the fact that they allow people to upgrade when they arrive and don’t prioritize those that have these rooms already booked. Rested for 2 weeks in November. The location of the hotel is good, a beautiful large beach. Several other hotels of the same chain are nearby. Hotel Riu Naiboa is quite old and needs updating. We got the swim out room I loved the privacy we got when we didn’t want to be in the main pool. The food was rarely ever hot which made the taste of it subpar. A fantastic hotel. Very clean. The concierge Pablo is super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large pool. The hotel is in downtown Punta Cana which is a huge plus. Close from every place.

The rooms are clean up-to-date. The price was amazing located next to the popular bars. Must try the pub bar.. the bartenders in the hotel were very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to friends reserve a room again.
