Hotels with aquapark in Punta Cana

I don't have anything negative about the hotel. The bad thing for us was the beach, which was impossible to swim in, with too many waves. Children can't even play on the shore, which is extremely dangerous

But if you're just looking for a pool and nighttime entertainment with nightclubs, bars, and theaters, this is the perfect hotel

Facilities: There are many swimming pools and restaurants, and the facilities are very complete, but there are relatively few interesting recreational facilities

The food is what I think could be improved a bit more, apart from the Toro restaurant, which was high quality. The food is good but not excellent. We visited all the restaurants and they were all good

If you're not interested in buying a property, don't agree to go to the point-based talk because you'll lose half your morning. And with the vendors on the beaches, you'll find better prices

Just stayed here in a suite for the past week and had an amazing time. The food, drinks, and service were all wonderful and the property was beautiful

Lovely beach but there aren't a lot of sunbeds for all the hotel guests. The pool is also nice and it's convenient that it's right by the beach and close to the bar

The hotel has a beautiful environment, beautiful sea water, comfortable beach, golf course, football field, tennis court, basketball court, and many recreational facilities on the sea

The room was nice and spacious with a huge bed. There was also a Jacuzzi in the balcony but I didn't try it. The fridge was restocked every day, including bottled water

I had the best time with my huge family! Everyone who works at this resort is so wonderful and accommodating! Aniblaisy from the entertainment team turned my trip from a 10/10 to a 100/10! She was so kind to me every time we spoke! She introduced me to do some activities and I had so much fun every time! Also, a shoutout to housekeeping! The hotel has eleven dining halls, providing different food services

The club is very weird, there are 3 almost naked dancers and the music seems to have stopped in time. I was transported back to the early 2000s

We had both been assigned the same room and had to all go back to reception to have things straightened out - People were smoking inside the resort where there were “no smoking” signs - Many tiles in the pools had come loose and we sitting detached at the bottom of the pools - a few of the waterslides were broken and taped off to not be used

The rooms don't have moisturizer, for example, coconut water is not included and the drinks are all made with pre-made ingredients (no lemon, just industrialized lemon juice)

Everything was perfect, from the food, the location, and the staff's attention, making the stay excellent. Highly recommended and a huge thumbs-up from Chayanne!

There were lots of friendly staff and they were very organized. The resort is big with lots to discover yet simple to navigate on the map they gave us upon check-in

When I arrived, the reception wanted to charge me $400 because the Trip app registered my daughter as a minor who is 17 years old and they register children under 12 years old. In the end, they charged me an extra $113.

Additionally, the concept of a ‘silent pool’ feels impractical, given the noise from the nearby pool bar and party boats

The pool bar is amazing, they make an excellent range of drinks, they are all super friendly and very hard working. It's a lovely atmosphere and great place to chill out

I would prefer a more lively pool area with music and more activity options, rather than the entire resort taking an ‘anti-music’ approach in both the beach and pool areas

This was our honeymoon and we were here for 11 nights! This place is absolutely AMAZING! Ana Munoz at the Jigger bar was the BEST, she was very personal and very hard working! All of the workers were so amazing, Jenfry was our concierge and it was so kind and friendly, helped us with all! Claudia Rodriguez did a great job whipping up drinks for everyone and being so kind! :) 10/10 recommend

Don’t do levelZ because you will waste your money on nothing. Adults only is worth it! Is located it everything, and you get great service. The breakfast is amazing and you’re located to restaurants too! And it’s cheaper

Beach, 6 themed restaurants 2 buffet and alcohol was okay. Water park was cool and some good shows at theater

We have a great time at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Sheila, our housekeeper, was very sweet, kind and very hard worker. She keep the room clean, tidy and stock up everyday

The pool is very, very deep for the most part and has caused us a big comfort problem. The low spaces are few and we had no choice but to stay in the same space every day

On our last day she made a special towel deco for the kids. Pedro at Expedia counter desk was always friendly and kind. He was so helpful that he upgraded our rooms to family suites for privacy and extra space

The resort was not too busy in September which was nice because we always found a spot on the beach, by the pool, water park and best of all they always had towels

Food is better quality compared to other resorts, but the entertainment here is the best! I went down to the pool area and the guy there named Ruddy is awesome and very friendly! He was very entertaining, and I also had the pleasure of seeing him perform on the nightly shows

We had a great time, had a room with the swim up pool, the bartender was amazing! Cristina of the team of animation was fantastic! Definitely will be going back! This was a trip to remember, my butler was incredible and arranged everything we needed

We enjoyed the beach, pool, and bars every day throughout our stay. The evening entertainment was fantastic, with the theater being nicely set up. The staff were all very friendly and treated us exceptionally well

Gorgeous facility, amazing service from Alexander The Great, amazing service from Esteban, but that front desk really made for some frustrating times when you’re shelling out that much money for vacation

The resort itself is gorgeous and has everything you need right there in one spot. The biggest downfall here is the front desk. They would never answer the phone when you would call down to the desk

I like everything except the boogie tour, they cancel the tour and dont inform or give us notice about the holiday .when we separate

The attention and service of the staff was amazing want to point that out specially for Cindi that tried to help us. We had issue with the A/C since the day we arrived, it was just like a fan no cool at all

Hotel bathrooms are old, rusty pipes. Shower tub combo is too small. Handrail in bathtub makes it difficult to shower. Toilet flooded then wouldn't flush

The food was not great, the people were not friendly and the room was not clean and things were broken. Would not recommend.

We reported it that same day we got there and nothing was done and also the shower was cloged and all the water remained there for a while

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Upon arrival we were given a free room upgrade. This room was cleaned by Jolanda everyday who always made sure the room was spotless and we had clean towels

The pools were not very busy and the bar staff were very helpful to everyone. They have shared tipping rather than the tip going to that specific person. There are sun beds available at all times

The only negative would be how the waiters and waitresses treat some guests at meal times in the main buffet - we got ignored on a regular occasion and had to go out our way to get drinks whereas other tables around us would be getting their drinks refilled at the table and brought to them

The ground staff were constantly working hard to repair the cracked floorings (assuming from earthquakes), and the gardeners were always out making sure everything was up to standard

Buffet food was delicious and had such a great selection with different themed nights. We went to the Asian and Italian restaurants which I would also highly recommend booking

The massage was very good but they are very expensive. 110$, 50min 99$ (actual there is an offer for 75$). I booked the 50min but the massage was actual only 40min. That‘s the Reading whu they lost 2stars

Big negative point the isolation of the hotel which made it impossible to really go for a walk in contact with the Dominicans etc. We had to take excursions to the hotel which were very expensive

You can get around well with the shuttles. The main restaurant choice is not bad at all. The beach is pretty but a lot of waves and watch out for touts on the beach

Tip: if you wait to buy spa services you can order them from the multiple sales people (kind of annoying) however save a lot on the cost

Fabulous experience! The beach is beautiful! The rooms were spacious and the entire property is very clean! The staff was attentive and super friendly! The pools were refreshing! Note-the swim up bar had kids in it

and while there was a bar, there were no bartenders (there were on the walk up side. but servers come right to the pool, too)

ONLY drink bottled water and make sure you do not open your mouth while showering to avoid contracting something or when brushing your teeth. Use the bottled water in a cup to rinse your mouth once you've brushed

There weren't many college or younger people at the resort so if this is what you're looking for, look elsewhere. If you are a couple or family than you will like this hotel. Again, be careful with water consumption

I have no complaints, the people that serve are as usual, cordial, kind and ready to serve us. The Dominican Republic is one of my favorite nations to visit, because of the reasons I mentioned.

Our initial room had some minor issues and the staff immediately fixed the problem. Other than that, the service was stellar, food absolutely amazing, and the most beautiful beach

I had a spectacular family vacation. The hotel is very nice, with comfortable and well-kept facilities. The food was a delight, with a great variety of dishes that left us more than satisfied

And if you need to buy a lotion and a new sunblock you need to pay 90 USD for that and that I feel is a big scam (pricing for everything that’s not included are extremely expensive!!)

The beach is beautiful and we did not have trouble finding beach chairs, though overall the resort was much more crowded than we expected (including the swim up bar). It can be difficult to get drinks on the beach

Avoid the La Bodega restaurant. All in all, it was a really wonderful vacation. The property is beautiful and you can’t beat the location on the beach

I recommend doing the free kayaking that the resort offers it was amazing to kayak on the ocean

The rooms are very nice and big, and the minibar and housekeeping staff are attentive and come every day. Joel in reception was the most helpful

The staff at the swim up bar are also very kind and fun, and keep the drinks flowing
