Staff were very friendly. Pool and beach are beautiful, and rooms are clean. Only negative is it’s very hard and almost impossible to get restaurant reservations. So we had to stick with the main dining hall food for majority of the trip which wasn’t the greatest/hit or miss. But overall a great time!

The hotel is more on the older side however they do a good job to maintain the the grounds clean and offer great amenities like towels, entertainment and food. The restrooms need a little more attention. The value came in the price.

We had a great time at this Hotel. The food was fine and the place is what make this Hotel great. I think the service can get better and the only thing i didn't like was that this Hotel doesn't has a disco. The hotel has a great location, close to the beach , shops , restaurants . The rooms are fairly clean, but several things need repair, such as the ceiling, showers, and hairdryers. The staff speak little or no English, which can make communication difficult. Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. Overall, it’s a decent option mainly because of its location.

Serenity If the loud, party atmosphere is not your jam, then Selectum Hacienda is for you. So quiet and serene. The staff is all very professional, kind and accommodating. The breakfast is a true feast. You are steps away from the beach or you can choose to relax poolside. This truly was what we needed.

Feels lime after renovation! Both room and decor was fresh and brand new. Pool view is amazing! Beach is just few steps and they show you personal umbrella and loungers. There are 4 bars on the beach, so many options for drinks and food. In resort territory there are 5 restaurants but better options if walkin the town. I can recommend Trebol restaurant.
