I love staying at Hotel Bella Vista last January. Excellent customer service, I truly felt at home during my one month stayed at Hotel Bella Vista. Location is close to all the attractions and business areas. You won't find a better place to stay.

I haven't stayed in the hotel for some time and it has gone downhill a significant amount. The restaurant is closed and the is no free breakfast as the website indicates. The water went off one afternoon and when I went down to the front desk at 10:30 pm to inquire about the situation, there was no one there. The water came back on the next morning as I was leaving the hotel for breakfast.

Hi.. I booked 4 rooms for a family trip.. the staff are friendly, but The rooms need some work… the bathroom doors were hard to open or close since they are slide doors… also some tv’s we’re working others not… we stood one night and I don’t recommend if you need privacy…

The soundproofing of the hotel is so poor that I was woken up several times in the middle of the night. Looking at the pictures, I thought it was fine, but it turned out to be completely different. This hotel cannot be called a hotel in China. Apart from the cleanliness, it is not even as good as the hotels next to domestic train stations.

I like everything around it, like food, salon, stores, cab service, and pleasant staff.

Place is good to stay short term. Not as fancy but it does the job. It provides all the basics to be comfortable

The current establishment is satisfactory, but an upgrade to a three-star or four-star hotel is necessary to advance in the competition.

Had booking issues due to language barrier. Otherwise pretty okay hotel. Breakfast included was not worth it. Coffee alone was okay….the food was very blah and inconsistent menu due to occupancy. Oh the music at the pool was very very loud. Had to ask the reception desk to turn it down.

Is a great place, the stuff are very nice, i have been going back for several years, great location, not too fancy but nice place. My only suggestion will be make sure everything is working perfectly in the room before checking it I know things may happen but there are things that can be addressed before the guests check in. After this this is solve I will give 5 stars

Good hotel for the price. Nothing extraordinary but serviceable. Super clean rooms and friendly staff members. Location is kind of sketchy but near a main street atleast. My wifi didn't work in my room so I had no television. Would not stay here again but if you're on a budget this is the place.

The location is convenient and closed to great places such as Hermanos Villar and Capuchino Restaurants.

Great and helpful staff. Located 3-4 blocks off the more central district. I consider it a 3 star hotel. Rooms were large and quiet. No elevator.

Location vs price is very good rooms are nice enough with AC and fan located 200m from main street in old colonial district. You even have netflix avaliable in your room if that's a.thung.for you :)

This hotel has everything that a big hotel has. The pool is nice, open kitchen, parking inside, security system, hot water, and the terrace is the most exciting place with music and beverage at a good price. Come to see it. Price is between 30 to 40 dollars depending on the kind of room. Great place to stay for a couple days or large stay.

It's room, nothing more. No table. Just a bed, a nightstand and a TV. Not a smart TV. Only cable. And the wifi signal did not reach my room consistently. This should never cost lore than 1,100 pesos to stay here.

Cheap and decent are the two words I would use to describe hotel gazcue. Located in gazcue, it gives you easy access to zone colonial. Also the Malecon is not far away. The rooms are okay, there's a tv, bed, etc. There are much better alternatives, but if you're looking to save a few bucks and you don't mind staying in a 3 star spot by all means go for it. It's clean and the staff is really nice.

This is a great small hotel, with everything included. Air conditioner, smart TV, each room has a bathroom and much more.

One of the best guest houses that I've been in. Very competitive prices. Very kind and helpful staff. Very clean. the rooms are being cleaned every single day and the bath towels replenished every single day by a kind cleaning lady. If you are looking for an affordable, clean and comfortable lodging, I highly recommend hotel Gazcue.

There is places to eat right around it. Its safe quiet. There is free wifi. And very good location. Its close to colony city and the malecon. It is in the center of the city. Customers service is very good. They try very hard to please the customer. But, condition of the property no so good. Water has not pressure. And it needs minor work. They can charge a little more in order to fix the place...

Everything was OK so I stayed for 10 consecutive nights. The price is cheap and the breakfast is very satisfying! There is Uber service and the WiFi in the room is free and strong enough. Next time I go to Santo Domingo, I will still consider staying in other hotels to broaden my horizons.

Good location, has air conditioning and refrigerator. The only observation is that sometimes the water has low pressure and does not have hot water, nor do they provide you with personal hygiene items or towels.

The lady there that runs the place is extremely nice and very helpful and very friendly. It’s a safe quiet place to stay, but there are no frills -in this case you get what you pay for.

Excellent price, friendly and helpful staff. We booked on AirBNB. Stayed one night. A/C, hot water, television. Small room, moderately comfortable bed (we were exhausted), and well cleaned. Great location, and super picturesque spot. Stairs are narrow and uneven, but for the price, who cares?

Hotel Guarocuya was great, you cant ask for a lot since your getting what you paid for. If your planning on been out all day and go on tours then this is your place just to have a place to spend a night. bathroom didnt have a door and the shower didnt have a curtain but who really cares about this small things, bed is ok, ac unit was good, hot water and everything seem to work ok. Place has potential, cheap price and in a great location; however, it needs some work. Our sheets had to be changed after check in, bath did not have water pressure. They did mention that they are still remodeling so it may be better with time. Update: The manager refunded us our money without asking due to the issues.

Great Lobby and vigilancia. Although the mantenerse for a 2 unit is 10T pesos a month.

This is just an apartment complex but the apartments and the complex itself is really nice.
