One of the best pools of any hotel I’ve ever been to with a lovely deck and bar area. Service was exquisite and the food was a lot better than expected. Rooms were large with all the amenities you’d expect from a Hilton property. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s pretty far from tourist areas, it took us over an hour to walk to the colonial zone. It’s on a busy local 4 lane road...

We had an incredible stay at this place. The room (suite) was super clean and comfortable, the service excellent, the breakfast as well as complimentary cocktail hour, just amazing! The hotel was well located but was a little dated in terms of the rooms. But the rooms were very spacious as most are suites.

I don’t like leaving a bad review on any business but I had to this time. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious! The staff is very helpful and nice! But If you are looking to get a good night rest do not stay here there is a club near by that plays extremely loud music all night long. very disappointed could not sleep or get any rest on vacation can not wait to leave and go home....

We stayed at this hotel for 19 days and we enjoyed every service we were offered .their breakfast has a lot of varieties and so delicious ..we felt home and were treated with respect .My wife loved their bed and pillows and my daughter enjoyed their swimming pool and restaurant services .We will be back soon for a lengthy stay

You cant go wrong with this one. Very nice staff, good location, good bed shower and modern. Plus is the self laundry- washing and drying. Very good and new facilities and it is free. Will def go with this one again.

I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 pm to do the check in and they told me that I have to wait until the room is cleaned when I was supposed to have my room ready by 3:00.  Waited until 4:30 until I decided to ask for the room again. The hotel is a bit deceiving but once inside you're pleased. The room is spectacular. The best part of my stay was the staff, especially Gisell. She really took care of me and my business partner. Her attention is 2nd to none. Definitely coming back.

Service is so relax and homy. Gloria from room service and Freddy at the restaurant where specially attending us so we wouldn’t miss anything that we needed. Very respectful and sharing such joy as if we were guests at their own home. Thank you for this wonderful stay. 💕

The bedsheets didn't look changed. The floor was dirty. They have a disco Friday and Saturday all night long on the 9th floor that is so loud you can't sleep.

Several of the door latches to several rooms were completely off of the doors & I had to go looking with staff for a secure door that has a door latch on the securely lock the door so I would feel safe & secure & my belongings protected. That made me feel very unsafe. But they found a door with the latch on the lock so I decided to stay

The hotel is in a great location, however the facilities are old and some part of the lobby ceiling were broken and damaged. The curtains in the room were dirty and seems old. No complain about the staff, super attentive, specially the receptionist and the security guy. Brakefast was very good. With a little renovation this hotel will be excellent.

The hotel is at an ideal location if you're trying to experience Santo Domingo. I really enjoyed the room, however the WiFi access was poor. The breakfast was really good; the options were not vast but it was tasty.

Room was descent, but for $70 a night not worth it, the bathroom in our room was terrible, everything is very old, the sink was loose, the bath tub was full of stains and water was running out to the floor, they need to update the entire bathroom, the breakfast was very decent and the girl serving the food was very nice

The room was fine, but the property does not have parking. The on-site parking referred to is on street and not reserved. The parking is limited and the streets are narrow and busy. We had to park a few streets away and walk for about 5 mins to get back to the hotel. I would suggest not coming with a car.

Best location, amazing trustworthy staff, clean amenities, beautiful property and delicious breakfast. I would stay here any time I visit. This place beat some of the 5,6,7 star hotels.

I enjoyed the safety features of needing a code to enter building. Unfortunately the Hot Tub was not functioning when I arrived. It seems the staff is stretched thin with multiple roles, sometimes resulting in slow response for service. The rooms are nice and large with good A/C. Very good location near El Conde.

For the price, it’s a good hotel. The showers are the worse part, but everything else was decent. The bed was fresh and clean, along with the rest of the room. The staff are very cordial and professional.

We stayed two nights at Mauad Hotel with my family and had the best time. Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and gave us such a warm welcome. Our room had a wonderful sea view, the breakfast was amazing, and the rooftop was beautiful. We honestly didn’t want to leave — we felt so good in this hotel! We will definitely come back again.

Ideal stay for business or work. I was with my colleague and we could share a space which facilitate our work but still have our privacy because each of us had our own bedroom. Very clean and relaxed. But very noisy because of construction work next the building from 8am till 5pm. Not suitable for less agile person because no elevator.
