My husband and I loved our stay at San Marco Hotel. Perfectly located near the Malecón and only 3 kilometers from la Zona Colonial. The hotel has a charming lobby beautifully decorated. We especially loved the inside courtyard where we enjoyed our breakfast surrounded by nature. The breakfast was delicious and the waiter who assisted us was very friendly. Our room was spotless and spacious with a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

Quiet and friendly Italian style hotel. Good service, good (external) Italian restaurant for food orders, clean and pretty place to stay. Location in city centre, with facilities around the corner and a beach on walking distance to enjoy the sea view.

The staff is gracious and willing to help. The older building has colonial charm and also an elvator. The room I had was a comfortable size and good air conditioning. The breakfast next to the pool was very good. The hotel manager was very attentive and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. The location is good for a short walk to stores and restaurants.

The location felt very safe, the atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly. The rooms are good, and the room service is on top of things. I find the value per night is good for all the things that are included. The rooms are clean and the staff is very kind. There is not a lot of noise in the hotel, only once in a while from vehicles but in general no. There are a lot of amenities, the breakfast in in the morning is good, there is a variety of foods to choose from. The Toaster. Julio is the G.O.A.T. The general manager Mr. Maidens is very professional.

This has been our fourth stay with San Marco. Each time we have such excellent service. From the polite front desk when checking in, to the convenience of using the elevator, the clean rooms and comfortable beds, to a delicious breakfast. And to top off our stay we go to El Cappuccino and receive %10 discount with our stay. Gracias! Until next time

Everything was fabulous in our stay at San Marcos. Easy booking and we had 5 reservations booked. The front desk staff, so polite and friendly, especially Joe who could speak some English. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast with made to order food.

Has delivery, but they had to call us back three times to find the place. We also had to call them three times before they took the order too. Big building on the Malecón, not difficult to find, every other delivery restaurant and taxi driver knows exactly where it is when you say the name. Food was OK, chicken over cooked and dry.
