Excellent resort- beautiful scenery and flowers. The staff at the Sunclub were excellent especially Julissa and Nichole. Elizabeth at the buffet great service and always knew what you needed. The Coco Cafe was great - the cappuccinos were fantastic. So sad that Sunscape is closing.

We found stale, slimy and smelly watermelon and beans in the buffet multiple times. We also saw completely dried up pancakes and other meat and items like chicken coz they were directly placed on a hot surface. Other than food, the place was clean and reasonably priced.

Don’t have high expectations, it is a simple hotel and far from all inclusive Mexican hotels , the beach isn’t great, the room was smelly. The food was ok. I do not recommended if you are looking for a nice beach and hang out there since there is no beach service neither a place to hang out there.
