Cheap hotel and cheap experience

It's a good budget all inclusive, especially if you get access to the VIP area (which I believe came with a junior suite). The buffer food is okay, but the reserved restaurants were pretty good. Dessert selection was sub par. They have a strict policy with any missing items from the room or wrist bands. The beach itself is nice, but a bit rocky in the water.

The resort itself for the price was great IMO but they didn't clean our rooms for 2 day. Food was honestly 7/10 at the buffets. We never made a reservations ( which have to be made at the lobby between 9&11am) soo many pool including some adults only pool which was nice. We found stale, slimy and smelly watermelon and beans in the buffet multiple times. We also saw completely dried up pancakes and other meat and items like chicken coz they were directly placed on a hot surface. Other than food, the place was clean and reasonably priced.

New Garden is the best hotel in Sosua!!!! I’ve stayed at New Garden since last April of 2024 13 times. The hotel is clean close to both beaches and the Staff is the Best in Sosua. They treat me like family from the front desk to the waitress to Security and most importantly the house keeping Staff Who keeps the hotel clean. It’s safe and I hate to go but I will be back soon. Next Month or sooner

Property is in perfect area, close to beach and bars, restaurants. Bathroom was barren; not even toilet paper.

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed the structure due to ageless beauty of the building. However, this is not an updated new hotel. Not for people that require brand-new facilities as this is not that. Everything was clean and they worked hard to make the stay comfortable. I think for the price the lack of updating is forgivable.

This worked out well. The location is good and the rooms are decent. The service was good. Booked last minute on a Saturday night. So I really have no complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator but balcony was nice. Shower with hot water and pressure. It was not expensive.

The staff amd service are wonderful! Its a beautiful venue with gorgeous scenery and in a great spot. Waking distance from 2 beaches and lots of good food and nightlife around.

The door needs to be remodel. The place is clean but oldf fashion.

Room wasn't cleaned before I arrived. The toilet was bone dry and did not work. I have stomach issues from the food I ate there. Seems like old food was served. I will not be back.

My stay has been amazing. The views are unforgettable and breathtaking. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The area is secluded from the main street so it is safe and quiet. I would definitely come back here when I return. 11 out of 10.

Worth the upgrade to the oceanfront room. The property is so amazing. Close grocery store. Close to all of the beach activities and restaurants.

No Balcony at my unit, but overall a good experience with a good value.

Hotel is beautiful, very clean and comfortable! You feel like you are in the paradise. Thstaff is excellent. I would recommend it!

Hot water, A/C, clean rooms, location, location, location!!! And, the price was more than reasonable. Shout out to Rosa and the girl who helps clean. Very sweet and responsive. The whole staff was amazing. Definitely staying there again. Gracias mi gente ahí!!! ;)

The best views in Cabarete. The hotel is right next to a supermarket which is very convenient. The staff is amazing, thank you Francisco, see you soon. This place is a hidden gem 10/10
