E nice. Walkable to all the places such as the city center and port terminals. Check in and check out by machine. One small problem is that it is easy to flood in bathroom even u just bath for 5 mins. (Maybe that why that is a mop inside the bathroom…) and I found two long hairs on the quilt

Walking distance from port and city. Hassle free check in and early check & late check out in is available. Hotel room size is small but ok for 2 pax. No aircon but there is fan. Clean hotel and worth the price.

All self-serve. The location is really nice, especially I arrived Tallinn by boat, I can directly walk there from the terminal. Price is very reasonable.

A highly recommended hotel by the harbor: Tallinn's city center is within walking distance. The view of the harbor was especially worthwhile on New Year's Eve. The breakfast at LouLou is delicious. The only thing I missed was a kettle, but I hadn't even checked if there was one. The Citybox Tallinn is definitely recommendable.

Wonderful hotel! Everything was clean and tidy. Our room windows faced directly onto the port. Very convenient if you need to catch a ferry.

The hotel is situated conveniently near the old town. The rooms are spacious with high ceiling. The shower water is not particularly strong but it is alright. There is no staff stationed at the reception. Everything is digitalised but it runs smoothly.

Fully automatically hotel and you can check in, & out and store your luggage by yourself. Very new and well maintained facility. Closer to the port and a shopping mall with a hyper market. They have a shared kitten with microwave, cutleries, kettle. Good choice for a solo traveler

The family room at this hotel was absolutely perfect for a family of four! With one double bed and a set of bunk beds, it’s really convenient for a couple with two children or four adults. Conveniently located within a few minutes’ walk of the old town.

Stayed here on a trip to Tallinn and it was a nice hotel, the location was good and an easy walk to anywhere you need to go, staff were very friendly, Breakfast was a buffet style and was very nice with a decent variety.
My one downside would be the room was very hot even with the window open and the radiator off.
Still had a comftable stay and would stay again.

My room did not have a window towards the street and the air quality inside therefore deteriorated quickly. Otherwise basic room with all you need.
Bought breakfast at the hotel once, it was 5 minutes before buffet closed, which I didnt know or check. Staff did not point this out to me which is poor service as I barely managed to get one plate of food.
Location is however prime, short distance to the old city. And the hotel has it's own spa with different saunas and hot pools.
All in all could return.

The room was extremely hot and had bad ventilation and smelled like sewage. They let me have another room the next day after I insisted on it, but the ventilation was only slightly better. The bathroom in the other room still smelled a bit like sewage.

Why is it so difficult for Estonians to be nice and polite when in customer service? Anyway the spa was small but nice with four hot tubs and one bigger pool. There were four saunas, they were okay. Slight minus not to be able to have drink in the pool, but some people still did it, even signs everywhere. Room was a not new anymore and it didn't smell fresh, but we had "romantic" room so we had chocolates and sparkling wine waiting in our room decorated with the rose pedals

Very much below our expectations. Small rooms with no feeling of hospitality. Not enough lights and bad placement of furniture. Small and uncomfortable shower and toilet. No view and the windows won’t even open. Good location in the center of the city though.
