An old building on the border of the "old city". Three minutes walk to the center. Near the train station and public transport, market, shops. Very friendly staff. Modest but adequate furnishings in the room.

A good hotel. Right by noisy tram tracks and near the big market, however, somehow, I still slept very well. It’s not the Ritz, but it is safe and clean, and will do the job for a night or two.

If you’re just looking for somewhere basic, this will be fine. Fairly priced and good staff.

Terrible. Booked a room. Refused entry with bicycle. Offered insecure parking behind the pub. Tried to explain expensive road bike would be fine in my room. Still refused. Cancelled my stay. Refund request refused. Scam!

Stayed here many times and been satisfied with the hotel and staff as well. As usual, I asked for confirmation, because I booked straight by calling to the hotel receptionist, who promiced to send it by email. And she told me, that they have my contact information. Waited for a week, then called again because I had not gotten any email. She promised to send it again, no nothing. I called third time and told letter by letter my email address, but again didn't get it. Once more, now she rudely said to have sent it. So I called once nore, and told that I always need a document that I do have a booking and if you can't send it, I choose another hotel. The receptionist was very satisfied with that.

Handy for the rail bus and tram. No lift but our room was more than adequate for a budget hotel. Recommended

Been here twice before, so nothing really suprised. Or, actually the receptionist was so kind and organized earlier check- in and later check-out both for free. Rooms need to a bit updated. Breakfast was a little disappoitment. It's organized by Ukrainien restaurant in same building and was very modesty (12€). Rooms are quite small with ok bathroom and a little tv. Located in lively neighbourhood, you can hear it of course. Also voices from next rooms. Still, it's also quite peaceful place to stay overnight. After all, could stay here again.

We lived on the 3rd floor, which didn't even fit a suitcase. There was no internet in this room and there was a lot of noise coming through the window so no privacy. We found black hair in the bathroom, the bed linen was dirty. It is also difficult to communicate and change accommodation dates, etc. We do not recommend it. 😩😩

This is definitely the worst hotel I've ever seen. Ridiculously small and smelly room without even a cabinet, super tiny bathroom where it is hard to move and extremely old and damaged floor which moves if somebody goes through the corridor. There is noise everywhere and light/noise comes through doors which are in a very poor state. Service is also poor, treating you as a problem. I don't know who gave this building “the hotel” title and why it has 3 stars on booking.com. It sounds ridiculous when compared to other 3 star hotels I've been to and some of them were even cheaper. For me it is rather a poor shelter with good location and as a hotel it deserves one star…

Excellent hotel! Not the first time staying there. The location of the hotel is excellent and the prices are friendly. The staff is attentive and responsive. I highly recommend it to travelers!
