Trip.com didn't helped at all, contact hotel no help either. So, paid twice but stayed once. Overall hotel stay was okish but experience was disappointing.
unfortunately getting 2x2 person familyroom there is risk that other side people are loudy. the door between rooms not keep voices away from otherside.
Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers!
Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna.
Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested.
The saving grace is the good comfy bed. Room is spacious.
- Staff is discreet but ready to help.
- Rooms are clean and ours was quite spacious. One important note: cleaning of your room is only made under request. Also the bathroom floor tends to be wet because of how the shower and drains are built.
- atmosphere is fine. We did not get to use the sauna, etc. Still our stay was enjoyable.
The hotel does the job. Would stay there again without any problem.
Walk to city center old town just over the hill in 5-7 minutes. There is no room service in this hotel, and cleaning of rooms only on demand. But due to price, spa in price and location it’s a very good hotel to go to as it’s also in a quite part of town, while next to the old town.
