Check in process. needs looking at as it's slow. and could be streamlined, be prepared for a wait.
An excellent choice at breakfast and all the people were nice and helpful.
Biggest down tick is that they hide behind a green justification for not servicing rooms unless you ask by 11pm the night before. It's not cheap and I expect my room fully serviced, not just the bin emptied. if I ask.
Tip: if you arrive late evening the sister hotel 100m down the road serves an excellent selection of tasty pizzas until 2130.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the glögg offered on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options: warm and cold dishes, as well as both sweet and savoury choices.
The room was comfortable and warm, although it’s good that the windows can be opened for fresh air. The only small downsides were that the coffee at breakfast could be better and the hairdryer in the bathroom was not very powerful.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was ok , nothing special but meant we didn’t have to find a cafe ( none were nearby and it was around a 10-15 minute walk to the old town where there were cafes etc) . If you don’t have breakfast included then there’s a few odd things to buy in reception ( like porridge) & a coffee machine
A comfortable hotel in a great location. Would stay again should we return to Tallinn
Room were small but very clean.
If you request the cleaning service they will clean your room.
Amenities are available upon request.
Parking is 15€ a day which is good considering that parking can be 3€ per 30 minutes around Tallin.
Breakfast was good, they have a good variety, to note that they have gluten free bread if you request it.
Overall a good deal, we loved not being in the old town as it is way more chaotic and parking would have been a nightmare.
