However, check-in is strictly at 3pm, and they couldn't even guarantee that time due to a housekeeping backlog.
We stayed for 3 nights and found the roooms spacious but felt underutilised, and the bathrooms are basic with no extra amenities like a toothbrush.
Soundproofing is poor; noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms was disruptive at night.
Seems to be popular with large coach tour so be prepared for that come breakfast time.
Breakfast was basic, and unfortunately, some plants came with bugs.
The staff were efficient but lacked warmth.
Staff were mostly helpful however were pretty disinterested at times.
Location is great, an easy 10 min walk from the ferry terminal and the old town.
