Breakfasts were delicious and fresh.
Room is not cleaned without notice to front desk. Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open.
First of all, the TV in the room is tiny and on a side from bed, making it impossible to watch. Furthermore, it was an ancient TV, not allowing to watch YouTube, Netflix, or anything else except the actual TV channels.
Second, did take Superior room specifically to visit spa at any time and website stated spa working time til 22:00. My surprise when I went to Spa at 19:30 just to figure out it is already closing and working til 20:00 cause of holidays.
Additionally, instead of sliding / glass door the shower has this terrible old curtain that becomes wet, cold and sticky. Shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty.
Also they are short-staffed as there is always only 1 person at the reception (for such a huge hotel), making checking in / out and leave / pick luggage painfully slow.
If you want a hotel to be able to chill in the room and visit - spa anytime in the evening, there are much better choices.
One thing to note: if you plan to use the spa, sauna, and gym throughout the day, it’s advisable to upgrade your room. Standard rooms only include morning access to these facilities. Also, be aware that parking comes at an additional cost.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
