I'm a fan of Lapland Hotels and have visited their properties in other parts of Finland so my recent stay in their Luosto hotel was a disappointment. Their property has a great location and they seem to have a monopoly of other services in Luosto (e.g they run all the local equipment hire) which has made them a little complacent I feel. Amazing location. Walk to the right of main entrance there’s a trail to a frozen lake and the views for the northern lights are amazing! Food was lovely but needed to request extra if lots of things at times as service struggles to keep up with demand (standard issue with buffet style meals) but good selection and good quality. Interesting experience staying in the glasshouse. The service is excellent as the front desk waited for our arrival before patiently explaning the facilities and attraction that is the snowcastle. Kitchen in room is pretty basic but ok to cook instant noodles and egg from the nearby supermarket. Breakfast is good too.

The room was nice and cool, just like a box, with a clear view of the surroundings. I wanted to see the Northern Lights, but I couldn't see anything with the lights on at night, just reflections. I also couldn't see anything with the lights off! Maybe it's just luck.

The staff of the Villa is very helpful and the reception is locared in the main building with a souvenir shop and a small snow castle. It's pitiful that I checked in late and checked out early in the next day's morning, and could not enjoy the beautiful sunset in the Villa.

Very good hotel in the centre of Levi. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are perfect, the location is amazing. We loved it.

The cabin hotel is at the foot of the mountain, very close to the cable car station. Levi is a very small city. There was no heavy snow when I went there, and I couldn't ski. It was a bit of a pity that I didn't see the northern lights.

We spent the day in the water park and it was great. Our two young kids always enjoy it. There's a great variety of pool depths and temperatures. There's even a slide that they love.

If you are more interested in the sports part this place is great! If your focus is more on the hotel side I'd suggest looking for another accommodation. Food options aren't great, it's a bit far from everything and rooms are OK. Nothing is bad, just feel like the nice hotels in town would offer a better experience overall

The reception was fantastic. My pet also received excellent service. It took me a long to figure out how to acquire a drink from the bar upstairs. If the receptionist offers 24/7 service, that means they are available at all times. A truly pet-friendly motel.

Stayed at Kemi for Icebreaker experience. I have chosen Scandic Kemi, furniture in the rooms are not modern, bathroom is not welcoming and I did not want to take a shower. Beds were clean, temperature of the room was not adjustable, it was enough for cold winter but I prefer if it can be increased. Breakfast was nice, there were plenty of food options.

We love our stay here, the room was really pretty, I just find some hair (not mine) on the pillows so I’ll recommend have a better look at the room cleaning, other wise it was really nice. A perfect place for a stay! The rooms were extremely clean, and set up very well for a family. Ok, the actual accommodation isn't 5-star, but it's perfectly acceptable for a family holiday, with friendly staff, good buffet food and great surroundings. Safaris by husky or reindeer sleigh extra.

The position of the Hotel is a bit remote but well worth the few miles extra as it is enchanting. The Grandkids love the free toboganing and the visit to Santa, reindeer rides and husky sledding all again free and within the Hotel complex. The food is also good.

We stayed here as part of a Tui holiday to Lapland last week. We stayed in one of the cabins - very comfortable. The food was lovely and various options each night. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The Tui reps were fantastic and well organised. We have had an amazing time and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lapland.

Pros We had an amazing stay here. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Being vegetarians, the meal choices we had were abundant. Cons 1. No handjet in toilets. So people not used to tissue cleaning please carry your own portable handjet. 2. Only single toilet bathroom available. I thought it was a small wooden house, but it turned out to be a big wooden house😂 The sauna is very hot and refreshing. It is some distance from the city, but there is a ski resort next to it, which is very suitable for skiers. Friendly hotel in the church town of Kittilä. Away from the tourism in Levi. Only five minutes from the airport.

It is a good place to stay some days (quick stop & business trips) . But it is not quite special. Due to the fact that Sirkka and Levi are very close to the Airport Kittilä, I rather suggest to go there if you plan a longer stay, as these villages are great and beautiful.

Renewed by new owners. Clean and good beds, room 302 has a small sauna, which was a huge plus when returning from kilpisjärvi. Breakfast was also a bit better than the norm.

Hotel Yöpuu is located near Kemi. The central part of the hotel looks like an unfinished lighthouse. The hotel has spacious rooms and a large sitting area.

Had a great stay in Suomo, staff all so fantastic, super nice, and accommodating. Good facilities and range of activities. Fantastic food! We had half board and we so impressed. Would recommend to anyone and would love to go back. Large rooms with great views over the ski slopes.

Looks pretty good. Facilities like toilets and restaurant are available also for the skiers. It has a sunny terrace oriented towards the main slopes. You can find also a ski rental, that sells lifts ticket. All in all, it's a nice open place offering anything needed for both day and holiday skiers.

Visited with our grandson, and we all loved it. Horse sleigh was relaxing and peaceful. Great snowmobiling. Best for us was Dog Sledding. Absolutely loved it. This was the most magical holiday I've experienced in my life, the place and the people will live long in my memory.
