Calm location about 10 minutes drive from the city. The hotel is in traditional style, which is nice, but very small room and even smaller bathroom. We stayed at the camping area of Hotel Yöpuu in Kemi and had a very good experience. The sanitary facilities were clean and well heated, which was really appreciated, especially in winter. Electricity was available at the camping spots. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

I stayed with my family in one of the apartments and it was very clean and organized, we were very comfortable. The location is also very good as it is only a few minutes from the center. On the other hand, the store is very cozy and has very good quality handmade products.

We stopped here for a night on our eay home from a ski holiday. Our family room for 5 was perfect...the kitchen/dining was useful as we got a local takeaway for dinner and thanks for leaving us coffee etc...great set up and great location close to the snow glow park for kids, shopping centre with glow mini golf and the bus transfer to lapland winter park and the airport. Our family of two adults and two teenagers visited northern Finland during the second week of November 2024. We stayed in cabin Lauri IV, and it was a cozy, cute little cabin. The cabin was clean and we had plenty of space. We only wished the fireplace worked!

The check-in location is different from the accommodation location; it's a 10-minute walk. The rooms are comfortable, and there's a kitchen in the hotel where you can cook.

Since it was a detached building, there were no special services! I knew that when I went, so there were no problems. There were also facilities where you can learn about the Northern Lights and Finnish nature, as well as a large supermarket, within walking distance, so there were no problems. I recommend this hotel for those who are just looking for a place to stay!

This accommodation was superb self catering apartment with plenty of room for our family of 4, fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine with a drying cupboard so we were able to pack less and wash what we needed.
