A bit tired‑looking hotel, but everything works. The ventilation in the room was noisy, so I had to use earplugs. Clean sheets and towels, all good.

There's nothing else to complain about, just that it's a bit far. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, and it was a bit tough dragging luggage up the slope. This is an older apartment, but all the facilities are complete. There's a fridge, an iron, a microwave, and a kettle. Overall, it's considered clean, even though it's genuinely old.

No transparency about amenities like stove in kitchen even it shows in room booking, very old model TV has no features,only local channels played. It has to be refurbished.Although the location is very good and charges are very nominal according to other properties.

I thought it would be a regular hotel, but it was more like an Air BnB, and I had to enter the entrance PIN number, which I received by email a while after booking. If your phone number isn't available on your eSIM, you can't call to receive the number to enter the luggage storage area, which can be a bit inconvenient. I was happy with the location and the room.

Good value for money (if you pay under 75€ a night), access to washing machines and luggage room for free.
On the negative side: no staff here, you absolutely need a phone allowing local calls to get the codes entrance (unless you booked directly on the hotel website). Also, not 100% clean.

The location is good BUT the rooms are dirty, the toilet flush was not working (and was not repaired throughout my stay), the sheets were filthy and gave us itching whole night. The price was not cheap either. It would be more comfortable to sleep on railway station then to sleep here.

There are dusts on the ceiling and the floor is dusty. Appreciate they are giving us extra sets of towels for our 4 days stay.

I was a bit worried coming here looking at some of the negative reviews. But after leaving Helsinki I can say this was actually a decent place. Watch out...if you book on third party sites they might not have your number to send you entry instructions. So best to call ahead if you do not have it 24 hours before you arrive. If you want a reception desk this is not for you. Also if you do not like entering number codes as you have to do this 4 separate times to enter your room. But if you want an affordable and clean place with arguably the best location in Helsinki with transport site; this may be for you.
