Self-service check-in, very good breakfast, tram at the door, the room is relatively quiet at night, the staff is also very friendly, and it is 13 kilometers away from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. It is highly recommended.

When I arrived I was told I would have to wait in reception whilst the receptionist visited my room, most unusual. On day one I advised reception that my TV was not working, someone was despatched to my room to rectify the problem, they were unable to do so. I was told that I could not have a room change, however I was told that my TV would be replaced the next day. The hotel failed to change my TV. I was however supported very well by Tamnit Gill who kindly moved me to a new room.

It was a nice stay for 3 nights good location easy walk to train station and also tram stops outside

This hotel highlighted the importance of sensory details. While the green tea handsoap in the bathroom was a lovely touch, it unfortunately couldn't mask a lingering musty odor in the room.

The hotel's location was convenient, easily accessible by car with public transportation nearby. The peaceful surroundings added to its appeal.

Although the hotel offered extra amenities like a gym and sauna, their limited availability made them impractical for my short stay. While not essential for a one-night visit, accessible amenities are always a welcome bonus.

The breakfast was a definite highlight, exceeding expectations with its quality and selection. The croissants were especially memorable, easily ranking among the top 5 I've ever had.

The staff provided excellent service, striking the right balance of helpfulness without unnecessary fuss.

Overall, the hotel offered decent value for the price.

In short, rude and threatening staff. Willfully in breach of every single GDPR policy/law. With a flipper and 5-10min you could easily cause enough GDPR related fines to down the entire company and then some.

I should note early that while I had a reservation I've not stayed. When they refused to help and started getting hostile. I took them up on their constant taunts of "if you don't want to do as we say just walk away we don't care". Ended up leaving and finding another hotel.

Because their reception is staffed but you're still required to use a dodgy app on an Android tablet nearby to fill in all your personal information and then some. There's nothing preventing you from exiting the app or doing whatever you want.

As they say, some of the information they're asking for is indeed required by local law. But the standard is to request a paper form be filled in. And typically either your passport or private home adress - not both.

They also gleefully refuse to help or answer any questions. Threatened to throw me out and call the police when I asked them to direct me to their policies on how they handle my personal data and for how long.

If you don't care about any of that I still wouldn't recommend it as the "free parking" is just that the people living in houses beside the hotel park along the street and there's nothing stopping you from doing the same. Except it's almost always 95% ful already.

Interior is brown tiles and white walls. Some called it "cozy" but it's honestly just old and ugly. Everything gives of the impression of sketchy motel.

Book literally anything else - the staff don't care about you or your privacy. They also can't even be bothered to show the slightest hint of courtesy or assistance.

I had a fantastic stay at Park hotel at Käpylä. The hospitality was outstanding, the staff were friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant was delicious and of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This is worth all the money you pay for. Staff is friendly, and rooms quiet. Tama on myos ideaali kaikille Marskyyn uimakisoihin tuleville, @uimaliitto. Breakfast is healthy, you get the porridge and berries, plenty of vegetables to choose from. And the legendary Tram 1 takes you to city centre.
