This hotel shows its age a bit. It's acceptable for a one-night stay. The location is pretty good, and the breakfast is quite decent.

Very clean and cozy, the location is super convenient, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and lovely.

Good stay overall and very good value for money for Helsinki.
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to key sights and public transport. Rooms are simple but comfortable, and everything was clean.

Breakfast is included, which is a plus, although the selection is a bit limited compared to larger hotels. Also worth noting: some floors require using stairs, which may not be ideal if you have heavy luggage.

Overall, a solid, affordable option in a great location.

We had a lovely experience here at Hotel Arthur! The staff was lovely, kind and helpful. I asked for hot milk with my coffee and the lovely lady accommodated my wish with a smile. The breakfast was good with lots of variety: fruits, vegetables, different breads, cold cuts, cheeses, porridge, cereals, hot food selection, desserts and the coffee was very tasty! I wanted an English Breakfast type of meal as you can see from the photo. You can however choose lighter options for food. Hotel Arthur is in the heart of Helsinki with a lovely atmosphere! Recommended :)

Great location, easy walk from.the train station even with luggage. Friendly staff. Luggage storage if you need to leave bags for a few hours. Great selection of breakfast items. Rooms are dated but clean. Beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms look a bit tired, but they are quite big and comfortable, breakfast moderate, no fried egg, coffee not taste good, location within 10mins walk from train station with baggage

The Hotel Arthur was a wonderful place to stay. The receptionists were extremely friendly and professional. We arrived early and our room was ready for us. The room was very spacious, clean and our bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very centrally located and there are lots of restaurants and pubs close by. We had breakfast in the morning and there were loads of great fresh choices. We were very, very pleased with our stay and 10/10 recommend the Hotel Arthur.

I like the vibe of the building in the common areas, but the room was a tad... not inviting. It was clean and quiet but could be A LOT cosier. No fridge.

But we got a very good nights sleep after a day of walking around.

Location is great, breakfast was tasty. Hotel staff is friendly.

If you're planning just to sleep there then it's a good choice.
