Small, clean, very very friendly

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It does not have a proper hotel feel, and the location is not very convenient - it's in the middle of a construction zone, with only one tram nearby, and not very walking distance to the center. People were extremely friendly though.

The hotel is located near West Harbor. It's more of a B&B than a hotel, and there are times when the front desk is not staffed. It's a spacious and comfortable room, but don't expect too much breakfast.

The hotel is not so centrally located but is easy to reach by tram and bus. The rooms are quiet, modern and of normal size. The hotel also has parking spaces in an underground car park. The entrance (at the back of the building) is a bit narrow and has a threshold, the parking spaces are of normal width.
Unfortunately, the maid had cleaned the bathroom only moderately when we arrived. We complained about this and it was cleaned immediately. When we checked out we got a discount because of the bathroom
