Great location! It's very close to the train station, and all the shopping areas are within walking distance. The front desk service was excellent. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Clean rooms, great location, homey vibes! Also great breakfast. We even booked twice coz my family wouldn’t want to stay in another hotel in Helsinki.

Room is clean and affordably priced, however it's abit of walking distance away from the train station. It was more difficult to walk during winter on icy/ snowy grounds. Room is decently sized; just one thing, they do not provide kettles for standard rooms (need to pay to have one. Thought it was a basic amenity), but you can get free hot water at the lobby.

Overall, my stay was great. The hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient to get around, and it's just a short walk to the train station. The hotel's facilities and environment were excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning didn't seem very effective; even when set between 21-23 degrees Celsius, I barely felt any airflow. Luckily, I didn't get cold while sleeping. I wonder if this is due to Nordic energy-saving practices.

Overall, it was a good stay. The cinnamon rolls were the most memorable part of the hotel; they were even better than the ones I've had at other coffee shops. The breakfast had a good variety, but everything else was just okay. The hotel doesn't provide amenities (except for body wash), so you'll need to bring your own.

Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Room design is great. Spacious. Great variety in breakfast buffet. Nice sauna and gym.
