The room was OK, with a dedicated desk. But there was no plug for charging near the bed, which was a bit troublesome. The breakfast was not very rich. There were some restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant that tasted OK.

This is my third time in the same hotel. Excellent location with Tripla Mall and railway station. Only one stop to Helsinki center. We are quite big/tall, so X-bed rooms are perfect. Good breakfast.

This is a modern and comfortable hotel, where we slept peacefully and without disturbance. Restaurants and other retail facilities are not close by but the Fat Lizard brewery pub a short walk away is a big plus. The metro is anyhow not far, which of course gives you the possibility to get to Helsinki or other retail centres.

Largest bed in europe I have ever slept, best receptionists I have ever encountered in europe and great location, with free coffee and tea included in the price! Especially if you are coming with a car do not bother yourself with staying in city center, 10 minutes to the center by car and close to the nature.

Great value for money in Helsinki. POS instructions durong check-in need to be in the cardholder language, not just Finnish. Staff excellent..You need a bigger coffee machine that doesn't need constantly refilling by staff who are already serving clients on reception

Very nice pool and sauna + steam room. While you're supposed to book times in advance, spontaneous use is also possible without restrictions. Breakfast is also very good, and the bar in the evening is highly recommended. Great hotel.

The sanitation is very good, the breakfast is great, but early check-out is not possible, and there is a lack of flexibility, which leads to a lack of consideration for the customer's perspective. If the next time you stay there has a more complicated itinerary, you should choose carefully.

Not the quietest location with trams and buses outside. The room wasn't the cleanest, with splatter marks on the walls.

The room was very comfortable and kept tidy by the staff. The location is also very convenient. Checkout is quite late which was perfect for us, but breakfast ends a bit early during the week.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The room didn't have a microwave or a kettle, but it did have a mini-fridge for drinks. The trash can was a bit small. I'd consider this hotel again for a short trip.

Amazing and affordable stay tucked in Hakaniemi. Location is good as it is close to Hakaniemi train station. There’s a McDonalds nearby and mini market. Overall cleanliness of room is excellent and the breakfast buffet is delicious too.

A hotel with great design, friendly staff and great breakfast. The standard double room size is fine but the rest room is very small. Bed is comfortable. In room amenities are quite good, with a capsule coffee machine.

The rooms are a bit old fashioned already but personally I like it. They have their own character compared to many popular business hotels. But this is really matter of taste. The court yard side rooms are very quiet, which is a requirement for me, but don't expect any view. The breakfast is very good in central European standards but quite average in Finland or Sweden. The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and bus stop (directly to the airport) right outside, and a subway station is also nearby. The room is simple and comfortable, and even has a washing machine, but unfortunately there's no hairdryer. The sauna and jacuzzi are great.

Room heating control did not work. It was untolerably warm the whole four days of our stay. One should be able to stay at a temperature below 21 degrees, let alone below 22 degrees. This is a) unhealthy and b) not environmentally friendly.

There is washing machine and cooking facilities inside of the studio, which is super convenient. The heating is a bit loud and not worked very well. The temperature in the room is around 20 degree, a bit cold for me but not a problem with duvet. The lounge and sauna is great! Smooth check in and check out! Definitely recommend to stay in.

Everything was great as others have said. I wanted to comment especially on the restaurant where breakfast was served. Wonderful historic rooms overlooking the harbour. A highlight for me. Also worth knowing that although it did not have a restaurant serving lunch and dinner, the food served in the bar is actually very good.

Stayed at Hotel Haven for 3 nights during a visit to Helsinki for a conference and it was an excellent choice. Room was lovely, food was excellent and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel location was perfect for doing some sightseeing in the limited spare time I had. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel ideally located to where I needed to go for business meetings. Also very close to the airport. Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from the hotel or Uber will cost about €6.50. Cabs from hotel may cost more. Just use Bolt or Uber. Breakfast is a must at the hotel and there is a huge choice from continental to to cooked breakfast.

There is a massive Easygym right opposite in a building that doesn’t look like a gym at all Natura Viva nearby for kayaks and paddle boards offers discount for Hotel Rantapuisto guests. It was filled with the Aalto furniture I'd always dreamed of, and even had Marimekko-patterned cushions. It was so beautiful, I could almost imagine living in a room like that. The room is quite large. You can use a room card to access the elevator, so security is guaranteed. Luggage storage is available. Note that you need to find the button on the wall to close the curtains, as one of my companions didn't know this and didn't.
