Location was excellent. Centre place , all places within walking distance. Staff was helpful

The hotel is situated right at the city center. This time our room was at the other building, so we had to walk to another building and took a rather older lift to our room. The room is very tidy and near and spacious. The front desk was very efficient and warm.

Great location, Good staffs at reception but maid clean room wasn’t good. Only change towel but didn’t clean the cup, bins and etc. Housekeeping should improve.

We got room on old building; walkway is so far away. There was some noise in the room also (maybe that’s why they provided earplugs in the room). The room itself is ok, good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location of this hotel is 1 tram stop away from Helsinki railway station (but walking still possible also)

Room was big and spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were polite whenever I meet them along the way to the lift or back to my room. I would like to suggest if a dual card can be provided so that the room can be kept alight when the card key is removed and bring out as sometime the room is too dark and the door closes too fast before I can slot in the card. This hotel is close to the Helsinki central station and most of the itenary such as Helsinki cathedral or some of the nicely decorated library.

This hotel is conveniently located near the central train station in the city center, with a large shopping street nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a kettle and a refrigerator. Rated as a luxury hotel, a standard room costs about 1100 RMB per night without breakfast. Considering the high prices in the Nordics, this is quite affordable. It's a good option for those traveling to Helsinki.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the STOCKMANN department store. There's a tram stop directly in front of the hotel, offering a one-stop ride to the central train station or a few stops to the cruise terminal. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant, but unfortunately, it's closed on Sundays. Be aware that some basement rooms have no windows, and some rooms are located in a back building, requiring a transfer elevator and a bit of a walk down the hallway – so make sure to ask for clarification. During my two-day stay, I encountered several guests who couldn't find their rooms. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and room layout are all good. A great bonus for East Asian travelers is the in-room kettle and a variety of tea and coffee options. The breakfast is rich and offers many choices, perfect for those who enjoy Western cuisine. Taking a ride in the small, ninety-year-old elevator is quite an experience, haha!
