Perfect for an overnight - bed spotlessly clean, staff lovely, location perfect! Great pub restaurant across road - all great! Only negative is bathrooms could do with upgrading but I would absolutely stay again.

We stayed over on our drive out to skiing. When we arrived we were a little concerned by it's initial appearance, it looks a bit dingy but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are basic, a bit small but clean and warm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was great, much better than expected. If you're staying then eat here. The steak was superb. They need to sort out the shower heads though, they're attached to the wall in an odd way which sprays water out of the shower. Would definitely stay here again as an overnight stop on the way to the Alps.

I thought it had closed down when I arrived as no one opened the electric gate or answered the buzzer. Internet poor and generally grim. I was told breakfast is at 7 obviously because the other guests asked for 7.

I did reservation on the phone, and i came to the hotel and i cant enter the hotel. The women at the reception didnt give me pin code, and there is noone to speak on the phone!

Nice place to stay room was good had to leave before breakfast but it was very nice there. Manager was very helpful..

From the time we arrived till the time we left all we smelled was smoke. We were in a non smoking room however people close but were smoking in the hall and right outside our windows. We left the hotel smelling as if we were at a bar all night. We also left with lil bites on us. I would look into seeing if bed bugs might be a problem at this establishment. Also my bed sheets were stained. I was not happy at all with my stay my husband didn’t sleep good at all and we had an 8 hr drive ahead of us.

I tried to book this place during the holidays for a short visit in Chambery. I need to apply a french visa, and a fax file of confirmation is needed. However my credit card was rejected by citi since they thought it was fraud and i asked my banker to unblock the transaction, and tried with the card again. i explained in first email that my card was blocked. Maybe because I used same rejected card for twice, and they thought im fraud or what, they send me an email saying:
“Toujours la même carte de credit
a partir de demain vous etes en blacklist”
I was so disappointed not because i didn't get the reservation but about their attitude. Very unprofessional and capricious.
