Decent apart-hotel in an excellent location. The furniture in rooms is a bit older, but everything is correct. The kitchen is well equipped. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment was clean. We received packed cotton towels and bed linen, perfectly clean. The pool is a really good size and you can swim nicely. Good value for money. The location is perfect, there is a supermarket and many caffes and restaurants nearby. Ski gondola across the road, 50m.

Good location for a ski holiday. Just cross the road and you are on the slopes and the bus stop is right next to the apartments if you want to catch the shuttle. Although the apartment was a bit small (I have stayed in far smaller when skiing) there was enough room for the 3 of us - 2 adults and 1 teen. The apartment was clean and the staff were very friendly we had bed linen included in our booking so check when you book otherwise you need to pay extra. Not all the apartments have balconies so ask when you are checking in. The only thing I would say needs updating in the ski and boot room. All in all a good stay.

The apartment was nothing special. It was very cramped, and the bunk beds were far too small. The equipment was quite poor, and everything in the place looks old and outdated. In my opinion, the price is definitely too high for these conditions. The only big plus is the location – the slopes are great and it’s very close to them.

The worst accomodation we have ever stayed in. Young incompetent unhelpful receptionist was nothing but rude when we came to check in at 3pm our room was not ready and they could not give us a time. We then came back at 5pm and our room still wasn’t ready. We got the room at 6pm. Not sure why the room took so long it’s was filthy and we had to make our own beds wash the dishes from the last people. We then had to buy our own toilet paper as there was none. We then had to pay 10€ each for a towel to bath with. We had booked a superior room for 5-6 people there was one double bed and a pullout couch. We had to stack the tables ontop of each other just to open our suitcases. The list goes on all I can say is I would highly recommend not staying here as it really made our holiday less enjoyable.

The accomodation is very easy to find beeing situated on the main road. The receptionists are helpful and they speak good English. Next to reception they have a small parking. Check in and out is quick and smooth. The aparments are good but needs improving like adding cleaning stuff like dish washing liquid, sponge, window cleaning gear, floor cleaning liquid. The kitchen is good. Some beds are small designef for children not adults. Heating needs improving. Wifi works very well. Bring your own towels, shower gels, shampoo and Toilet Paper. The accomodation was clean and no bad smells. In the basement they have a nice pool to relax (1,5 meters deep whole pool), paid laundry and ski keeping. The changing rooms need improving no lockers or Toilet Papers (again). No gym as showed in some photos. There is only one elevator not enough compared to the amount of people staying. They can accomodate larger groups. Shops 10 minutes walking and restaurants 5-10 minutes walk. Bus stop next to the residence. Skypass ticket building behind the residence. The center and Tourism Office 15 minutes walking distance.

TLDR; Never again, completely worn out.

Good things first:
- The Diable lift is very close, and you can get to the ski area from there fairly easily.
- Check-In was without problems, and we got our room really fast.

But that's it... Negatives:
- Dirty rooms, for example, the baseboards looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months.
- Completely worn-out furniture, chairs about to fall apart, a single closet in the entire apartment, and a shower faucet so loose that water was leaking into the walls.
- There were three of us in a 6-person apartment, which barely fit. There couldn't have been more people or else you would have gone nuts.
- Broken shutters, and that in a ground-floor room... Parking lot right in front of the window, so we basically always had the curtains closed.
- Reception hours? No idea, maybe you'll meet someone.
- Not even an oven... Seriously, I stayed in train stations that had more comfort.

So to everyone, especially people traveling with E&P: STAY AWAY!

The "superior apartment" was on the lower ground floor, and stank of feet and chlorine due to being near the boot room and pool. It also looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Dirty plates and cutlery in the cupboards. One lumpy pillow per person, not enough towels or linen for the number of guests. The rooms are not big enough for the amount of people advertised (adults at least, would probably be okay with kids). The boot room / ski storage was mouldy and essentially holes in a wall with a wooden door - nothing gets dry in there! Things were constantly breaking or near breaking. The only benefit of this apartment is the location, other than that you are better off staying elsewhere! Overall, just a disappointing experience - wished we had stayed somewhere else!

Accomodation location is perfect, just a minute to skilift. Accomodation is outdated and not well cleaned. Reception people do say goodmorning but when telling a complaint, we dis receive new sheets but the girl where gossiping in French and were laughing about us.

Let's start with the good things:
- The location is great with access to the piste, restaurants and shops in a few minutes.
- The swimming pool is nice but the temperature varies widely between days, with the majority being too cold. The hammam and sauna (10€/30 min each) work well. There's a small laundry and a small gym.
- The apartments are clean and functional. However the big drawback is the dire need of more storage space. In our 2 rooms apartment, parents were sleeping in the living room. The single shelf is used to store the duvets. We had to use our duffel bag and shopping bags on the floor to store our stuff.
