Good hotel and location. Lots of supermarket around. It's a basic hotel. No water boiler and fridge in the room. Bathroom arrangement on the weirder side as you access the shower then the sink. No iron in the room is a bit troublesome for business traveller. Good part is they have water dispenser on every floor, Breakfast is decent. Drinks and snacks available 24/7. Nice touch but I dont use it. Room is basic but still comfortable. Housekeeping service can be better. They just tried to open the door when I was in the room. Luckily I locked the door.

Great design and spacious rooms. The 24h club is definitely fantastic. Comprehensive front desk service. Room could be a little more cleaner, especially the corners in the bathroom, otherwise it’s perfect.

Nice place for the price that you are paying. Really great to have a working area to chill out instead of the small room like many other hotels in the region. OK, it is my hotel of choice now

Great business trip hotel. Clean and modern, great air conditioning! Breakfast, happy hour, and lounge is great. Service is very friendly and accommodating!

Overall, it was a good stay, but the window insulation could be improved. On the first night, a banging noise from the street kept me from sleeping, though fortunately it didn’t happen again afterwards.
The room is modern, with a somewhat unusual layout: you have to go through the shower to reach the toilet or the sink, which is not very convenient, especially when the floor is wet.
Positive points: excellent location, comfortable bed, coffee machine in the room, and a warm welcome.

The hotel is clean. I took the most expensive room. It was large but not well designed. Still, it was comfortable for the time I was there. It was ~ 7 minutes from the tram I needed. One receptionist was really kind and helpful. The rest were average and did not care much. What causes the low rating is the fact that I got there an hour before the official check in time and was charged 30 euros for early check in. After a cross Atlantic night flight and an hour and 15 minutes bus ride, I was too exhausted to protest, and paid. I think this is not a decent way to make money and not something that encourages a repeat visit. Apparently, to avoid it, you need to book the room directly from them and we booked it through AMEX travel services. Who knew. But it doesn’t change the fact.

A comfortable hotel in the centre of Grenoble close to a nice park, shopping and business areas.
My room design was a bit different to the usual business hotel. This made it less boring but a bit less efficient.
Check-in was a bit slow as there was only one person at the (rather small) check in desk.
Breakfast was pleasant with nice views of the park next door and the mountains beyond.

Very good, the hotel is in a good location, the security is good, the room is quiet and clean, suitable for traveling and living. There is a dedicated person to guard the elevator, and the safety of property is guaranteed. very nice.
