A fantastic experience. I definitely recommend!
The receptionnist was exceptionally professional and helpful with us, and gave us very interesting insight of the medieval history of the building (an ancient convent).
We arrived late so we had room service dinner. All dishes were very tasty. We probably ate better than in many restaurants.
The location is simply perfect, in the very center of the old city.

My wife truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel des Princes. It all started with the checkin. We were greeted by Adrien who welcomed us graciously and attended to our every need. He explained everything to us in our native English language. He made us feel so welcome after a long travel day. We found the room comfortable and very clean though somewhat small. We especially liked the decor throughout the hotel including the room. Having a sitting room on the second floor where one can sit and relax with coffee or tea was extremely valuable to us after long days sightseeing. We would recommend this hotel to others wanting to stay in Chambery as it is a well appointed hotel in the city center with easy access to the train station. We would like to repeat the great service we received from Adrien.

Very nice little place, room was small but nice. Location was perfect for checking out the downtown area. The staff were so very pleasant, went out of their way to make sure we got the best service.

Room is neat and clean, all the staff at reception are quite nice and warmhearted . It’s worth having a breakfast at hotel as they offered varied foods and drinks. Hope to come back again with loved ones.

What a lovely and refreshing stay our family had here! The staff is very kind and accommodating and the rooms were very comfortable. We stayed in the family room for 3 nights, it was really fun because there were bunk beds and situated a bit away from the other guest rooms so you don't have to worry about being loud. The rooms fully darken and there was air conditioning. Coffee/tea is offered all day. They have a comprehensive breakfast option for €16 for adults, kids eat free(July 2025)with hot and cold options as well as fresh fruit. It was an 8 minute walk from the bus and train station and central to anywhere in town you would want to go to. The city is safe. Very charming place.

The hotel is located in the centre of town and they have a special quotation to park you car just round the corner. The price of the room was very reasonable considering the quality of the room and breakfast and the central location of the hotel. We received excellent service from all staff during our stay and at breakfast area. Breakfast was excellent with lots of local and fresh products. The only regret is about the size of the room, it was a little bit small even if we have booked a deluxe room. Considering that we use the room just for sleeping it was good! I would highly recommend this hotel and will use it again myself when next in Chambéry

Located in the center of town, everything was close. The staff was kind and the breakfast was of outstanding quality and variety, definitely worth the extra expense if you have a long day ahead of you.

The staff at night at the front desk when we arrived were fantastic. They were so kind.
The hotel was fine and I got a great workout climbing the stairs four floors which was my choice. They do have an elevator but i enjoyed the stairs. The location of the hotel is great. You’re close to everything. My only regret was the bathroom shower. If you have any disabilities make sure you request a shower that is easier to get into. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and i definitely recommend the hotel for its location and the friendly staff.
