The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting us enthusiastically every time we left and returned!

The hotel is super close to the beach, just a two or three-minute walk away. It's a bit further to walk to other attractions and public transport hubs, but the city itself isn't very big, so walking is perfectly manageable.

The room came with a TV, air conditioning, and a balcony. The bathroom was clean.

There might be a slight noise from the garbage trucks at night.

Overall, it offers good value for money 👍

It’s a decent stay! Amenities one would expect and helpful staff. It’s loud when someone passes by the corridor or opens/closes the room. No soundproofing and sometimes the noise from the streets would be too much.

The hotel stay was excellent. The quality for the price point exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend this hotel during a stay in Nice. The location was ideal too.

This small hotel, similar to a guesthouse, wasn't listed as having a 24-hour front desk, but after contacting us in advance and knowing we'd arrive in the evening, they still arranged for staff to wait at the front desk for check-in. The rooms were generally clean, and it's very close to the beach, a five-minute walk.

The staff were very nice. When we rented beachwear, they reminded us not to rent anything too complicated. When we went for breakfast, they were out of baguettes, and the owner immediately went to the shop next door to buy some and replace them.
