An old mansion house turned into s hotel. More a guest house experience than hotel. Poor wine list with four red wines andcwhite wines - not quality wines. No restaurant even though they said there was - its just snacks like cheese board snd croquettes. Had to go to dinner out for s decent meal. 1 complimentary water when we were two people. All in all quite poor apart from an ok room with poor quality shower. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion - more guest house/2 star experience. No reception after 11pm. Just a security guard that speaks no English. Pet friendly for €15.

This was a lovely find, even though Biarritz was our main target visit.
We required a easily accessible room and was offered a G/F garden room to the side of the main hotel. Disabled parking was right outside the entrance, which helped greatly. Room was very comfortable, clean and convenient. Very pleasant dining and breakfast facilities, along with a secluded pool area to relax.

Excellent hotel and the staff is outstanding, the guest is king( queen).

Excellent hotel with excellent staff.
Menu could have one or two special meals that change daily...but food was excellent..great location lovely walk along river to city centre which is beautiful.

We arrived on the 1st to play on the 2nd and 3rd 2 of our team stayed in the hotel they said everything was just as you would expect and the 2 remaining stayed in the apartments , it was a bit dated but clean and tidy . The bar area and staff could not be better the only downside was that on the 3rd there was a lot of work going on , on the course we all know it needs doing but we still got charged full price and if I am being honest the 17th and 18th holes are far below what we expect more like playing in municipal course compared to the rest of it . But we still had a good time .

A charming hotel with lots of character. Great interior! A beautiful terrace outside and several quiet areas inside to sit back and relax. A nice and big swimming pool. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of choice of everything. A nice 18 holes golf course is less than 100m away; a short walk to the clubhouse. Very friendly hotel staff who also make your restaurant reservations in town. Saint Jean de Luz centre is a pleasant 20 mins walk. A lovely beach/coastal resort. Yes, this is a very relaxing hotel for stop-over or a vacation in the area.
