Lovely hotel right at the swimming beach. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

We all need this kind of view, sound, fragrance and decoration ;) People are great, breakfast is very Good, location is amazing. Best place to start a running workout with view ;)

Lovely hotel in a great location just beside the beach so you can pop out for an early or evening swim in the clear water. Spotlessly clean with lovely helpful staff. Bathroom was superb and the bed and room, though not overly large, was very comfortable. Very well located to wander through Biarritz.

Spectacular location in an amazing destination. Roof top bar/restaurant has unbelievable views. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms lean toward minimalist. Less than 10 minutes from the airport and so many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Clean, comfortable, and tasteful stay. Rooms very well equipped and had a great few nights sleep. Huge bathroom and spacious room.

Staff is very kind and buffet breakfast was incredible. Room was very clean and spacious and nicely decorated .Location wonderful!

Rooms are always beautifully designed and decorated, and such a great location for the smaller beach, shops, and central Biarritz in general. Very quiet as well when windows and doors are closed, or you can leave them open for the crashing of the waves :)

Hotel lives up to its high reviews. It is situated at the Bay of Biscay and the main shopping and restaurant neighborhood. It was easy walking And viewing the beach with swimmers enjoying the temperate water. The hotel had the friendliest staff that I have ever experienced and I am an old traveler. And they were sympathetic and attentive upon learning that our luggage was delayed. They enthusiastically with kindness helped me with my learning french. The hotel was modern with a seaside vibe. Our room (#111) was quiet and larger than the hotel website room photos. Comfortable beds and pillows. I was able to watch a couple of english speaking TV channels. The Breakfast was fabulous and worth 21 euros. They made good americano espresso with hot milk as requested. We had their dinner veal dish which was very tasty. The IPA beer was Marea which my husband enjoyed. I had the glass of rose which was perfect for sipping with or without food. In France, all areas have safe tap water to drink. The hotel kept a pitcher of water and basque cake available for its guests.

Loved our stay here. Right in the heart of town and easily walkable to everything. Very cute design and cozy but nice rooms.
