During her recent stay at your hotel, my girlfriend observed a free shuttle bus service. Upon boarding, she was unexpectedly charged 35€ for a journey that typically takes approximately five minutes. We are seeking clarification regarding the discrepancy between the advertised "free" service and the subsequent charge. This incident significantly impacted her overall experience with the establishment.

The hotel is not far from the airport, not far from the beach, and there is a large shopping mall nearby.
There is a large construction site opposite the hotel, and construction starts at 6-7 am every day. It is really noisy.

Amazing hotel for family. Very clean rooms and super accommodating staff. Really close to Cap3000 mall. Although a bit far out from Nice Old Town, it is still easily accessible and also close to the beach.
