Westminster Hotel & Spa Nice in Nice

We are currently staying at the hotel and were hoping for a great experience however it is not the case. We were kept up till the early hours of morning due to screaming and yelling in the corridors. The air conditioning in the room is not working and there is damp smell in the room. When addressing our concerns with the manager of the hotel, we were told that this is winter so it is how it is and the noise - we have to phone up the night reception. It felt like the manager was being dismissive rather than helpful. Extremely disappointing! Bar and restaurant staff are amazing however- thank you for their hard work and professionalism.

Very rude and not welcoming. We had a reservation at Westminster Hotel in Nice and arrived with our kids. At first, they said they could add a rollaway bed, but then changed their mind and insisted we upgrade to a suite. I checked both the room and the suite — neither was in good condition. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, and the whole experience was stressful and unpleasant. Definitely not the level of hospitality you would expect. It’s not worth the price at all!

I will have to add that not only the manger was rude, dry , and harsh in his tone and in his conversations which caused us leaving the property but also the hotel owner didn’t budge to make a refund of my reservation for 3 nights although we didn’t Stay there at all. This caused me losing 250000 points of my southwest that I had used to book this reservation. On that day We ended up leaving the property and ended up paying $2200 staying in another hotel which was very welcoming with friendly staff. Southwest hotel reservation have tried reaching out to them many times and asking to refund the reservation and they have refused doing that. They are just horrible people!!! Avoid Avoid this hotel!
