This is a small, moderately priced hotel in Nice run by the owner. The accommodation is basic but absolutely fine and there is plenty of parking. I couldn't really tell too much about the breakfast because it was a continental breakfast and as a vegan there wasn't that much I could eat but that's my problem not theirs.
The best part of it are the owners, who are really helpful and exceptionally nice, and the fact that it's a short walk to the beaches and cafes.
If I were flying out from Nice I would stay there every time.
