Le Skilt Hotel in Les Menuires

Jazmine was AMAZING! She was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. She brought out my chicken perfectly and checked on me just the right amount to make sure everything was great. Her energy, kindness, and top-notch service really stood out. Definitely one of the best waiters I’ve had — she deserves major praise!

Absolutely awful stay—ski instructors Andre and Lou-Ann were rude and treated students badly, filthy stained sheets, terrible food, cramped rooms, and even a drunk man harassing our group. Completely unsafe and unacceptable for a school trip. Avoid at all costs.very good location though

This hotel made this trip. Ski in/out, easy ski hire, food outstanding and staff amazing. Already emailed the company about booking for February 2028.

We had a gorgeous 3 course meal with plenty of wine too! Our server (can’t remember his name, tall, fair-haired guy working on 29/01) was really exceptional. Steak was lovely, and 1L of house wine for €19 is a pretty good deal!!

From the moment we arrived at Le Skilt on the Croisette, Jazmine completely defined the experience. Her warmth, confidence, and genuine care stood out immediately — the kind of service that feels natural, effortless, and truly special. She struck the perfect balance between attentive and relaxed, making us feel looked after without ever feeling rushed or over-managed.

Jazmine brought real personality and passion to her role. She was knowledgeable, kind, and clearly took pride in making sure every detail was right. It’s rare to come across someone who elevates an entire restaurant simply by being there, but she absolutely did. She didn’t just serve the table — she created an atmosphere.

And then the food arrived. The katsu curry was exceptional: crispy, comforting, full of flavour, and beautifully executed. It was exactly what you want after a day on the Croisette, and it lived up to the high standard Jazmine had already set.

Le Skilt is lucky to have her.

Stopped in for lunch, the food was beautiful! The staff are fantastic and can't do enough to help. A bit of a wait for food but you know what they say... "Good things come to those who wait." (It wasn't long really, we were just hungry.)
Definitely recommend.

Great restaurant. Came here for lunch and had a Skilt smash. Was a very good portion and great quality of food. Service was prompt and at an excellent level. Came back for dinner and was even better than our lunch. I had the special of the night which was a cassoulet and did not disappoint. Again service was excellent. Would deffo recommend !
