Hotel Patricia in Strasbourg

I had a very bad experience in this establishment, the room was dirty, the furnjshures was old and I found spiders in the room. I called the reception to ask for a change of room but they did not give me another one, however I was so disgusted by the room that I had to leave and look for another room in another hotel for the night. I asked for a refund since I did not stay in that room, but the manager was rude and aggressive and called me a liar for telling her what was wrong with the room, she did not want to listen to me and hang up on me several times. I also came the next day to talk to someone in charge but nobody was there, the worst part was that they gave the room that I left to another person without checking if it was cleaned first and I witnessed this when I was at the reception waiting for someone to talk to. I highly don't recommend this place, it is cheap and has a good location but it is not worth the very poor hygiene and the extremely unpleasant and impolite managers.

This can not be called hotel. I have had very bad experience here. Small and old rooms, very loud. Only 1 WC for every rooms and it is even dirty

This owner continues to accuse me of lying. This hotel should rather post the footage captured by camera on that 2 days to see who is really liar. They even booked 15€ extra from my credit card without my consent and any information. I onlyfound out when I received my bank statement. Despite of request, no refund at all. This hotel is a thief. Stay away from them.

P/S: I see now other reviews of other customers, you also react like this when someone give a bad comment. Shame on you! From my own exprience in you hotel, i believe in their words. I would never comeback to a horrible unethical hotel like this

I see now the feedback from the owner and I decide to tell the whole story here
We stayed there 1 night but many dramas happened.

01/ When we first arrived, nobody there. I tried to call them and no one picked up the phone. There was 1 staff upstair so i went up and ask her. As I saw the list she gave me, our room is on 3. Floor. My parent are almost 70 and my father had an accident that day, he could not even walk properly. I ask her if we can choose a room downstair instead? She said yes and showed us the other room. We did not pick up that room randomly without permission.
Suddently in late afternoon the other customers appear and said it is their room. The second staff appeared and said we have to move upstair although our stuffs were already unpacked. But I understood and explained to the other customers. I said we will move upstair, dont worry. They showed however sympathy and said it is ok, we can stay there and they go upstair instead.

02/ in the morning next day when we just opened the door, the third staff appeared and asked directly with attitude: what is your name????????? No Hello or good morning at all. She continued to accuse us of taking that room without giving us a chance to explain. I asked her 2-3 times: Can i talk now? and she let it not happen, always jumped in my mouth. She didnt even look at us when i explained ( with her constant intervention). She showed no respect at all.
at the end, the second staff appeared and explained everything to that horrible lady, so we could leave
