Great location with great potential.
Although the team was nice and welcoming, the reality doesn't match with the pictures online.
The room not really cleaned, the bathroom with strong smell of humidity and sewer.
The carpet in the room wasn't in the best shape, as well as the chair (dirty, never been cleaned!) I found a couple hairs in my bed, but I managed to remove them. Overall, it was a good place for a short weekend.

Room was very small. Bathroom and toilet room were separate and tiny. Air conditioning unit was noisy. Best feature was the location. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.

This is a great place stay while visiting the old town ofBordeaux. Very good service, comfortable bed, conditioner. We booked last minute, so there were no more place available at the hotel, but we parked a cat at the public underground Q-park nearby.
The owner gave us excellent recommendations for siteseeing and places to eat.

Musty smell in the lobby sitting area it needs ventilation and the rooms too. The bathroom didn’t have good ventilation and felt very humid in the room. I was in the front building and the room had an old carpet with stains. A hole on the wall too.
My friends had a room in the backside with tiled floors but on the ground floor so the musty smell was very strong. No soundproofing in the bathrooms. Lots of updates needed but a great location on a quiet street.

Lovely little boutique hotel in the centre of Bordeaux. The breakfast was excellent and the charming lady at breakfast (sorry I forgot your name) made us feel welcome and was so friendly. The room was roomy and immaculately clean. Perfect location to explore Bordeaux and in a quiet side street.

Stayed here with my girlfriend a few weeks ago on a trip through the city. The room was exactly what we needed - clean, well put together, very comfy bed, and comfortable private bathroom. We found the staff to be very kind and accommodating, and the location was nicely off the beaten path, but very close to the main center of town. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, 10/10 stay!

This is a small, somewhat quirky hotel, converted from an old building. The steps up to the first floor are old and somewhat precarious. The place is clean with excellent room service. The downside is the lack of room facilities, particularly storage space – only room to hang garments, causing us to live out of our suitcase. There is a safe, but no tea/coffee making facilities. The dining area is small and quiet, with a very acceptable continental breakfast. The front door is locked after 21:00, but it is possible to enter with a provided pass code and a contact number in case of difficulties.

Very charming small hotel near central Bordeaux. This lovely hotel has a clean and somewhat minimal scandinavian vibe. Rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Continental breakfast was exceptional - a wonderful array of fruits, yogurts, sweet breads, juice and coffee. We spent time speaking with the owner, who clearly is devoted to the hotel and its clients. He was helpful with suggestions about what to see, restaurant recommendations, and places to visit - all within walking distance. This attention to detail and personal attention made this a very special hotel stay. I would recommend and would stay again.
