Ibis is really improving its service every year and this stay proved it once again. Well done!
The receptionist was very kind, smiley and helpful. The lobby is clean and fresh and the bar is nice and affordable. The room was very clean, fresh and airy. The beds are comfortable, the double bed is large, and extra pillows were provided. I also loved the beautiful design and the big, nice TV. Everything was spot on.
The hotel’s location is excellent. ibis Grenoble Centre Bastille is right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, markets and restaurants of every kind. There’s a McDonald’s under the hotel’s building, Burger King just one minute away and tramway and buses directly in front of the hotel. it really can’t get better.

Unacceptable. A hotel with no heating in January, in 2026. Instead of a real solution, we were given a small fan. Together with the reception staff, we tried four different rooms, and none of them had heating — the problem affects the entire hotel. Miserable conditions, complete lack of comfort and respect for guests. I don’t understand how authorities allow this hotel to operate. Do not recommend under any circumstances.

Being used to Canadian hotels, everything is smaller in Europe, but the staff was helpful and friendly.

2 nights stay in a road-trip to Provence. The hotel was right in the centre with excellent parking. And the staff were fabulous. But the overall shabbiness of the property was disheartening. At almost twice the price of the previous nights’ spotless and spacious Adagio in Dijon - it felt that some of the profit could be channeled into renovations.

It is a very well located hotel and the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is going through some works so there was a smell of paint that if I'd known I would have chosen a different hotel. The towels available in the bathroom are not enough as they only provide 2 small bath towels in a double room, it should have 2 hand towels as well.
