Design hotel with shower and toilet ”in the room”. Mybe cool layout but if you are two it is noise and not very privat. Design but bad function

The odd numbered rooms are next to the noisy train that runs multiple times a night. In hot weather you must chose between discomfort and hearing frequent trains clattering by.

Beautiful hotel/location - feather down bedding
This place is great and the location is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delgithful and the staff were so nice and friendly. We just had 1 problem, all the duvets and pillows are made from feather down and both myself and my partner are allergic. We asked for alternatives but the only thing they had was 1 single duvet and 1 pillow which we had to made do with. Might be worth investing in some alternatives because sleeping was the main reason we were there, and it was pretty awful rest.

The location is a bit remote but close to the bus terminal and close to the European News Center. The decoration style is industrial, luxurious and decadent, and the environment is a bit weird. All the photos taken indoors with mobile phones are out of focus because there are too many ** in the room, including mattresses and bedding. It was full of X dust. It was almost 1 a.m. when I checked in and I didn’t want to change. I slept all night with tinnitus and voices talking to you. It’s really a mysterious hotel. I experienced this kind of script killing for free.
By the way, can the deposit of 150 euros be refunded after more than a month?

This is a neat and funky place to stay. The bread at breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's right next to a railway. The soundproofing is OK. There are 2 doors on the balcony. There is no TV in the room, no slippers, no toiletries, only body soap and shampoo, and no paper cups. You can ask the bar for free hot water. If you pay on Ctrip, the front desk cannot issue an invoice. There is a front desk who speaks a little Chinese. Breakfast is 16 euros per person, not much, but tastes good. UnionPay card payment is not supported, and MasterCard magnetic stripe card swiping was also unsuccessful.

A disaster! We booked one of the suites expecting to have a nice stay in Lyon. When we arrived to the room we found an extra bed with all the previous guest’s sheets on top of it. We kindly ask the front desk to remove it and the told us that they would remove it immediately.

For the following hour nobody came to remove it so we left. Only to come back after dinner and find that the door to our room was open. Apparently they took the extra bed sometime in the afternoon and the didn’t check if the door was properly closed, exposing all our staff.

For its value it is excellent, the food was generally good, room was very basic but had what you need,staff was kind and the hotel had a very modern feel.
