Ideal location in the heart of the peninsula, close to metro and train stations and an easy walk to the old city. The hotel was very clean with a modern look and room furniture and bed all new. Our room was advertised as a double bed room, but the bed was an American queen sized bed, which was nice. Also, the bathroom and shower was the biggest we have had in our trip. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Lyon again.

Perfectly located charming hotel, time stood still a little but the rooms are more then okay and beds are quite comfortable, the location is amazing and although the view is limited its nice being allowed to open your windows!

Good centrally located, reasonably priced, with decent buffet breakfast. Not keen on the old fashioned big clunky room keys having to be handed in and put on a board which didn't seem to be that secure. Apart from that very good

The hotel is centrally located and close to the metro. The room has been renovated, but you can tell from the plumbing and the sound that the hotel is old. It's even awkward to use a regular key. It's inconvenient that the trash can is only in the restroom. The windows faced the courtyard, so I slept well. Overall, everything was fine.

The daily cleaning was not carried out on the 2nd day of our 4D3N stay.
The bathroom is too small.
One of the counter staff, a lady, was quite rude and unable to handle hotel guests requests professionally, suggest to send her to attend relevant training if possible.

A manager with an arrogant and condescending tone who undermines the customer experience, dampening the potential for enjoyment offered by the city of Lyon and severely degrading the quality of the hotel's welcome. His attitude discourages visitors from making the most of their stay, tarnishing the hotel's image and reducing its appeal.
