Requested a room with a double bed: assigned a room with two twin beds. And no one to remake the bed to convert the twin beds into a double bed.
Requested a quiet room: assigned a room on the "Place Carnot" side. And the receptionist was unable to change my room even though other rooms were available (my reservation was supposedly locked!).
No heating.
Shower leak problem: flooded bathroom floor.
The rest room is too small but overall is favorable.
Clean and tidy. Staff is very nice !
