Bed mattress was like a topper, and all bedding was plastic lined so very hot and uncomfortable. 12€ for unsecured parking. We are now in an holiday inn suits hotel in Reims and is a 100% bettter , car park free and under cover. Ibis have gone down in my opinion
Front Desk: They were unclear about the platform booking process during check-in! During check-out, they were unclear about the procedures and payment methods, as taxes had already been collected upon check-in, and they wanted to collect again upon check-out.
Room: Extremely small, no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrush provided, and the sink didn't drain properly.
