This was a nice little hotel, located very near 1 of the main transport hubs in the city and meant all the interesting spots were easily accessible. Our room (No.8) was very small however that didn’t detract from our stay. Room and hotel had great cleanliness. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel supplied gluten free bread for my partner which was helpful. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Parking was tight but easily accessible- just park in drive way and quickly run in and get access card

Great location
To keep the room cool we had to open the window. We had tram and traffic noise since we had a street front room. It was a great location. Restaurants and shops and parks and street markets were all close by.

Excellent location close to the Perrache train station and Vieux Lyon. Very walkable. Lots of dining options nearby. Staff at the hotel were fantastic, responsive and friendly. The reception and dining area were charming and designed to appeal. Breakfast was delicious!

Matilda was exceptional in her customer service. Only negative is there is no lift. Not good for us as no assistance to get luggage upstairs. Will check before booking next time.

The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The beds are comfy and all in all good value for money.

Extremely friendly service
From a quite small hotel in a great location. The building itself seems to be quite old, and the door to the room provides very little sound isolation. In the same way, the bathroom door was slightly crooked and had a doorknob that was unreasonably hard to turn for opening from the inside.
Our room was facing the inner courtyard and was thus excempt from outside noise.
Weirder thing is that the room is opening with a physical key, and that you have to leave the key in the lobby when exiting the hotel, very old-school.
Breakfast seemed quite sparse, and therefore we didn't try it, so maybe we are wrong.
The hotel is spread over two floors a without an elevator, so there is a possibility that one has to carry the luggage up a staircase.

Very warm welcome. Pleasant and spacious room, very quiet. It had just been renovated, so some fixtures were missing (wardrobe, coat rack, etc.). One major drawback: the water from the brand-new walk-in shower didn't drain through the designated channel but spilled under the sink, and there was no squeegee to direct the water to the right place! We were told that the workers had to come back and redo this "failed" shower. We were embarrassed to have to mop up the excess water with towels!!
We still have a good opinion of this hotel, especially for the staff's good attitude, and we hope that everything will be back to normal in the bathroom of this room soon!

The staff are very friendly. It's very close to the central bus/train station. There are spas and Carrefour city nearby. It's very convenient to buy some fruits and snacks. It's not far to walk to the river, go to the top of the mountain, or go shopping. Breakfast is also good, although not that rich. Lyon is so delicious, leave room for a big meal and wine. But there was indeed a thief. I met him at the subway station near the Opera House. Although I discovered him immediately, I was still frightened. Avoid crowds or travel in groups.
