Excellent stay! One of the best neighborhoods to stay in the city, very friendly staff

The staff was really great. From the night person at the desk Stephan to the cleaning staff to the day manager. All were friendly and helpful. Great location as well. Would stay there again.

OK for short stay.
Hotel building and rooms could use an update. Bathroom had the tiniest shower that I have ever seen. Basic petit dejeuner with yogurt/applesauce, croissants and baguettes, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and juice. Good location in city close to Metro which is easy to use.

Two star hotel is about right. The location is great if you want to be right in the heart of Lyon - but that's about all that is great here. Rooms are dirty-looking for all the old stains on the rug, peeling paint, and old curtains (definitely no nice, vibrant curtains from the photos in our room). Breakfast was a super sad affair - they will charge you 9 euros a person to give you a little cup of juice, coffee or tea, a few little packs of jam and honey, a tiny cup of yogurt, and a basket with one chocolate pastry, one croissant, and a slice of baguette. For 9 euros, I would have expected a bit more protein than that.
I also did not like that every time you go out, you have to leave the key with the receptionist. Why? Who knows? If they are afraid of people making copies of the key for instance, maybe it's about time they update to key cards, as it is very awkward and intrusive to have to interact with staff everytime you want to come and go.

Because of the small size of elevator, it can be difficult if you have many bagages. Service is good and location is at the center of island.

The room is large and the location is great. In the old town of Lyon, next to LV.
You have to take the elevator up a corner staircase to the first floor, so be careful if you have a lot of luggage.
There are no toothbrushes, slippers, etc. in the room routine.
As soon as I walked in, there was a strange smell, a combination of incense and foot odor.
I turned on the air conditioner and sprayed my own perfume and the feeling was still there. When I smelled the quilt, there was no smell in the sheets, maybe it was the smell of Ditan. Mind choosing carefully
The key is still the same old key. However, the front desk service is okay. I put things in the room before, but I still got them back again.

Unbeatable location. Rooms are clean and comfortable, not luxurious. Personel very helpful when we made some special requests. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

The location is great, maybe the only thing that matters.
Totally not worth the high price of a single room (around 100€/night). Old rooms, with so many noise from the ground/ceiling.

Awesome location, nice staff. Breakfast could be better. Rooms are quite old, and it works if that's your style;)
