Great hotel, location is quite central but also away from the main area (roughly 20mins walk). Near the river so ideal for morning walks. Close to the massive market and also pastry shops. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were great and very helpful. They also have a daily Aperitif from 6.30pm til 8.30pm so we got to sample some delicious fresh French deli meats.

Awesome hotel. Air conditioning worked well which was needed with the heat in June. We had a balcony room and it was absolutely stunning. Free snacks and drinks a real bonus. Late check out was great! Bed was super comfortable and the linen was nice. Staff were lovely. Fantastic location. 10/10

An incredible location, right on the Lafayette bridge which connects each of the city's sections, very walkable!
We booked a second story balcony room, it had luxurious high ceilings with double french windows that actually open, which was great for the nights where A/C wasn't needed (the A/C worked great otherwise, and the windows are completely soundproof).
The view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the Rhone and the life below.
I agree with other reviews that mention the bathrooms being less than ideal - they are clearly designed for form over function, with the shower leaking into the room and toilet/sink area.
The club zone is pleasant, spacious, and it was nice to pop in for some fruit and cold water after a walk on a hot day.

If I could give this hotel a 3.5 stars I would.
Pros: location is great, staff was wonderfully friendly and attentive. Every request we had was catered to and they kept the rooms very clean.

Cons: giving 3 stars because the experience of actually staying in the room was average. It was a nice big room, but they made the bathroom so uncomfortably small and I’m not sure why. They had so much space to make the bathroom bigger but the counter is literally in your face when you’re trying to use the toilet and water leaks everywhere when you use the shower. Also the AC did not work well at all so if you enjoy sweating all night this is your place.

The best things about this hotel was that it was clean, the beds were fine, and the location was good. It's a trendy hotel (not to our taste) and the bathroom was glass with blinds (that didn't move) so you could get light, but no one can see in. Unfortunately, this means that if you get up in the middle of the night bring a flashlight with you, the light can be seen in the bedroom. The shower door leaked water and the water pressure in the shower went way down if someone flushed the toilet while you're showering. The light switch next to the bed turned out all the lights INCLUDING the bedside lamps, rendering the bedside lamps useless. Unfortunately, someone at reception has very poor English, because it took a long time to convey that we wanted foam pillows due to a feather allergy. We also asked for a second luggage rack, but instead we came back after dinner to a luggage trolley in our room!
