We have used this B & B Hotel three times now.
It's always clean and breakfast is very good. The staff sre very friendly and efficient.

A two night stay and the room was remade after the first night, beds and clean towels.

Very practical. Ample parking and quiet rooms. Small bathroom but suitable amenities. Bed was comfortable. Just outside of Vannes city centre.

My family stayed here for a stop off before heading south. We weren’t expecting 5 stars going to stay there but we definitely left with a 5 star review. The layout was very good in our room the family enjoyed the beds and where they were.They were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.The shower was a perfect heat very enjoyable.The breakfast was very tasty and I had a hot chocolate with it some of the things on offer were pastries, cereal, yoghurt and plenty of drink options. This is a great business would come here again.

If you are in Bretagne France, try to visit Vannes. A small city with a beautiful old style wood structure multi story houses in the downtown.
This hotel is located just before the city ring. Near Metro super store. Built like USA style motels. Enter the property, parking on all four sides of building. Easy and enough free parking. Ground and first floor with stairs. Good clean room with double bed, AC and toilet shower is inside. Good price for the facility. You can walk to the downtown in 40 minutes or just drive to the port underground parking. A place where the sea water canal kiss the downtown. Park the car and enjoy food and drinks in the small downtown area. When you are tired, just drive to hotel and jump into the bed. Enjoy and have fun. Easy.

The B&B hotel in vannes is a typical budget hotel. The rooms are comfortable, modern and clean. There is plenty of parking available and they close the parking at night which feels safe. Unfortunately the hotel is not in a quiet area. There is a busy road nearby and across of the hotel there is a metro whole sale store. The alarm of the store went of at night. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel but it went on for hours and it was annoying. From 5 am on weekdays big trucks arrive to deliver goods. Many of the truck drivers leave their engines running so it’s noisy. To keep the noise out I closed the window and switched on the airconditioning. The a/c didn’t cool down or worked properly so it became very hot and stuffy in the room. Not a good night sleep. If you get allocated to a room NOT facing the wholesale store I think the hotel is ok for an overnight stay.

The room is clean, I did the check-in in the application, the bathroom is also very clean, only one less pleasant thing, the cleaning lady entered the room without even knocking

The whole B&B experience I have found to be exceptionally good, the rooms are definitely adequate for a stopover and the location is usually close to an accessible route. In this case a short drive to the centre of Vannes to stroll along the quayside and take advantage of the copious number of eateries.
The breakfast was OK but could have been a little hotter I don't know how long it had been sitting on the side.

There is nowhere to put your suitcases.
The internet is very slow.
The next day, at 7 am, the Internet was already disconnected.
A meager breakfast consisting of one croissant, a slice of French white bread, 1 miniature package of jam, choco and butter is provided in a paper bag. Coffee is dispensed in a cardboard cup. A miserable breakfast could be eaten at the table. Trays are not available. The tables are not disinfected as the staff is busy packing the breakfast bags.
