russia is a terr*rist state! 80% of russian people support the w*r in Ukraine.

22-40 04.11.2022 the manager of Hotel Des Arts - says that he didn’t see problem keeping flag of terr*rist country on a building. He spoke “it’s only problem for you”, very selfish… terrible, dirty business, shame

This is not Hotel its prison or place for
torture.
I don't advice anyone to book in this place

This suppose to be closed. This hostel was terrible! Dirty! Smelly! And scary! When we got here no one was even checked-in and the scary reception guy wanted to put us in the 4th floor coz he said there was no vacant room, so he put us in the 4th floor without a lift, only a small staircase. He even told us twice that if we go out we "must" leave him the room keys. The staircase and hallways doesn't even have a steady light! It was really dark! The toilet was smelly and not cleaned! The bed was not comfortable and the sheets are as if not cleaned for several months. We only had one small light in our room coz others are also not working, no aircon no Fan and it was 25degrees outside. There is a huge window that u can open but can't be an escape way in case u need to coz we are in the 4th floor! And in paris no one will ever listen to u if u ask for help in the middle of the night. Once u stayed here you can really feel that this is not a safe place for u at all, you can imagine urself at night at the worst, just like in any horror movies. We stayed only for 2hrs and we left, when we told the reception guy that we will cancel our stay he was Persistently offering us to stay in the first floor because he said there's a vacant room just suddenly! He even offered to carry my bag but we refused. If only the rating offers negative, I will give this hostel a -10 review. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Great Hotel😍😍😍
My boyfriend and I stayed here for just one night but it was just wonderful 👌🏻
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful, cute, clean and comfortable bedrooms. Extremely well smelling soap 😅 and just Angie lot of other well thought things which will make your stay at great experience.
The location is perfect. The hotel is surrounded by many great restaurants, bars and just a few minutes from the sacre coure.
We also enjoyed the breakfast, which can be described as a typical France breakfast.
We can definitely recommend this place and will come back asap.

I don't know where to start.. The guy in the reception is an A**hole, I wanted a printout of my bill and he asked me to go and get a printout and because they didn't have a printer. I was given a room on the fifth floor and there was no lift in the hotel. And there was no bathroom on the 5th floor and the washroom was so small and no toiler papers. I wasn't able to lock the balcony window in my room so I had to carry all my stuff whenever I went out. Apparently there's another hotel with the same name and people mistake this one for that. This one is not even traveler friendly, i mean not even for a night stay. There are better places available for the same price. The only plus point was the metro station was nearby.

It's an old building and can collapse any day.
The receptionist and every staff is super rude.
The bathroom doors were not closing. Forget wifi. You have to carry your own luggage to 5th /6th floor or even more. Booking this hotel was my worst mistake.

Horrible experience. I didn’t believe the reviews so I booked a room there, but I ended up getting in a room where the bedsheets were broken, the ventilation covered and worst of all WE HAD AN ANIMAL (we believe it was a rat) in our room. The receptionist “made sure it was gone” but after five minutes the rat came out again. We’re never stepping in that place again.

The super duper ultra worstest hotel I have ever been in my whole fu*kin life.

I have travelled to various parts of the world in 15 years. I have not met with this kind of worst experience anywhere else. Infrastructure is secondary. The manager and helper don't even know how to response their customer. Their reply toward me was very aggressive. Moreover the stay in the hotel for hardly 4 hours was terrible. There is hotel in another location with the same name, I was suggested by my friend and wrongly booked into this hotel. I have visited 8 countries in Europe. Because of this experience I felt very bad with euro trip. I can't even imagine and compare how I were treated in other hotel in Berlin, Venice, Oslo and more. This des arts experience was f*** off.

Had to carry a 30kg suitcase up six flights of spiral stairs, floor was extremely slanted, the bathroom which was on the second floor was appalling. The place was pretty terrifying and the man at reception was particularly unnerving. Aside from the fact i was scared to sleep at night, i have now, 2 and a half months later, received a $130 charge from this hotel despite being charged upon check in. There are no contact details for this hotel and i can only find it listed on booking sites. An extremely disappointing and infuriating experience.
Nicole
Big mistake. Low quality. The only good thing about it is the location. You have to leave your key with the receptionist whenever you leave your room. Who does that these days?
