The location is great, near the Arc de Triomphe, just an 18-minute walk away. Both the metro and bus stations are very close by. The staff provided excellent service. The only downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the room.

Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The Tower View Room on the high floor was absolutely amazing! Although the room was small, it was fully equipped, especially the motion-sensor night light and the two charging ports (USB, Type-C) which were super convenient. The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but it is conveniently connected by direct metro lines, so getting around is still easy. Although the room was small, it was quite comfortable and had a great view. Most of the staff were very friendly, except for one short, middle-aged woman with short hair who had a stern expression that made me feel tense.

The environment is great. We booked an Eiffel Tower view room, and we could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. The transportation is convenient; the metro is connected to the mall behind the hotel. However, it seems like guests from Asia are always assigned to lower floors, while European and American guests get higher floors.

This hotel is super convenient, located near transport links and a shopping/restaurant area. The staff are really friendly and attentive. Plus, it's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower!

There are many delicious specialty restaurants near the hotel, and bakeries and supermarkets are also within easy reach, which is very convenient. It's not far to the attractions either, as the hotel is right by the Seine River.

Is really close to bus station and metro station and the location is super safe. There are several buses that directly stop to the bus station nearby the hotel with just 5 mins walk max. The pictures include is the view you can see right outside the hotel door.

Excellent, I really liked it. It's one of the better places I've stayed during my travels – very quiet with great service. They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is a huge plus!

The bathroom had a strange smell, and the room was very old. The front desk told me breakfast was included, but after queuing the next day, I was informed there was no breakfast.

Excellent value for a Marriott! Marriott is always a reliable and trustworthy choice, and they are incredibly friendly and welcoming to Chinese guests.

Overall, it was okay, but I had two rather unpleasant experiences: they only provided one set of towels for a double room, and I booked a city-view room, but the window in the top-floor room was tiny with a mediocre view. On top of that, the air conditioning was broken, and I was so cold I couldn't sleep well. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they'd send an engineer, but two hours passed...

Facilities are very basic. The breakfast is also not very exciting. The location is tricky: you either go up 2 floors of stairs with the smell of urine or take a slow lift to reach the ground floor reception. The room is very small, and sockets and places to hang clothes are definitely not enough. Overall this is not where I would want to stay again when I go to Paris next time.

The place was 20-30 minutes away from every big tourist place, which was a nice touch. Lovely room, clean and friendly stuff. The only negative thing i can say is that the bin in the room was very small and could fit only around 5 things and I could barely fit in the shower.

The biggest highlight of this hotel is its proximity to the metro station, which is right across the street. There are many restaurants around the hotel. I’m quite recommend this hotel, this is my second time staying with Ibis in Paris. I will still choose to stay here. There are 2 train stations (M6/ M8) near the hotel, which is very convenient. The room was quite clean. Luggage storage costs 6 euros per item. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and it's about 1.3 kilometers from the Eiffel Tower.

My main purpose for this trip to France was shopping, so I stayed right next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests. The service was exceptionally good, I have to give them a special shout-out.

This is the largest hotel room I've stayed in during a business trip to Paris. Getting around is also convenient, with the Metro Line 14 just a 3-minute walk away. There are several restaurants around the metro exit, and the three I tried were all excellent choices.

I was not used to the shower’s hot water heater, as the water temperature was inconsistent. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent, being right next to the Accor Arena, which I needed to visit. This hotel is very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is the BEST hotel buffet breakfast that I have ever had! I gave the location 4 stars because it is in the Heart of Paris, but honestly in a dirty area - lots of graffiti, garbage and unhoused people (they didnt bother me at all) but it was not as clean as other areas of Paris. The bar staff was SO friendly and helpful. Overall, was a great hotel...

Great location. Directly above the station with easy access to many trains and metros. Down side? Reception service could do a lot better.

Hotel location is ultra convenient as located on top of the gare de Lyon. the lobby is at the same level as the departure quays and is at 3 minutes. The hotel rooms are sound proof and just sufficient for 2 persons

If you are planning to travel with train and have a lot of luggage, you better spend 1 day in this hotel before your travel day. Location is great, and you can still enjoy the FnB outlets around it until 1 AM. Will definitely come back here.

Hotel is in good location just beside the train station. However the room is small but clean.
