Ibis Paris 17 Clichy-Batignolles, Paris1 / 30
7.8
Paris, 10 Rue Bernard Buffet, 17th arrondissement-Batignolles-Monceau (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Facilities are very basic. The breakfast is also not very exciting. The location is tricky: you either go up 2 floors of stairs with the smell of urine or take a slow lift to reach the ground floor reception. The room is very small, and sockets and places to hang clothes are definitely not enough. Overall this is not where I would want to stay again when I go to Paris next time.
The place was 20-30 minutes away from every big tourist place, which was a nice touch. Lovely room, clean and friendly stuff. The only negative thing i can say is that the bin in the room was very small and could fit only around 5 things and I could barely fit in the shower.
Nice room, fairly spacious, great location to all kinds of transportation, local groceries store just down the street but hotel entrance is hard to find especially at night. Buffets have lots of options with various kinds of pastries.
Great reception and support from the staff. I can say I'm pleased with all the services provided. Thank you.
Overall I am satisfied with the hotel for its service an dlocation. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast indeed is quite good. I think if the bathroom is bigger then it will be much better.
Great value for money. Quiet room, very comfortable large bed, daily cleaning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Excellent location with restaurants, cafés, and a green area nearby. Highly recommend!

The biggest highlight of this hotel is its proximity to the metro station, which is right across the street. There are many restaurants around the hotel. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower or Les Invalides in about twenty minutes. The hotel's cleanliness is decent, and hot water is available. However, the room facilities are quite basic; there are no coffee or tea bags provided, let alone a refrigerator...
I’m quite recommend this hotel, this is my second time staying with Ibis in Paris. I will still choose to stay here. There are 2 train stations (M6/ M8) near the hotel, which is very convenient. Also, there are restaurants, carrefour near the hotel. ALSO, IS JUST A WALKING DISTANCE TO EIFFEL TOWER!
The room was quite clean. Luggage storage costs 6 euros per item. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and it's about 1.3 kilometers from the Eiffel Tower.
Good value for money. The rooms are tight but intelligently furnished. Great location. Has a bathroom with a door that closes and can be used without the other person in the room hearing/seeing/smelling everything. Would have liked to see a gym but understanding that for the price you can’t expect many amenities.
The hotel is nice and very close to the Eiffel Tower. We chose an Eiffel Tower view room, so we could see the tower. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom and shower were not very convenient for a family trip.
I´ve stayed in many Ibios before and other Hotels of the chain, but it never happened to me before that they had such an uncomfortable bed!! the underlining of it was plastic or so, wich caused us to mega sweet all night long (no matter if you regularly don´t sweat that much), so when we woke up, the whole bed was completly WET and you could not possible lye down again until it dried. On the other...

The hotel's location right next to metro lines M6 and M14 is incredibly important and convenient for tourists, as these lines reach most of the city's major attractions. Furthermore, the front desk staff are very warm and thoughtful, offering various conveniences and services. The rooms are well-equipped, especially the bed which is extremely comfortable and even has a reading light, though a kettle...
Buffet have limited selection for breakfast. Food is ok. But can be better especially when refilling food and plates. Quite slow so the queue for plates is very long
Room was very dirty. Hairs in the shower when we arrived. Also mold in the shower and above the shower. We booked a queen bed and got 2 singles. The sink didn’t properly run through. No desk or table in the room. Breakfast was a mess. No plates, coffee mugs, cutlery when we arrived. Service was not great, when we checked out we didn’t even get asked how our stay was. Ridiculously expensive for...
I was not used to the shower’s hot water heater, as the water temperature was inconsistent. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent, being right next to the Accor Arena, which I needed to visit. I appreciated that the checkout time was noon, giving me plenty of time to rest and recharge for the day ahead.
Adjacent to the Metro was great for getting around Paris!  This hotel was a great base for our stay in Paris, room was good, breakfast was a cold buffet … no scrambled eggs or hot food!
The staff was nice and very helpful. The room was spacious enough and clean, although there were some stains in the toilet. There was no kettle and no tea cups in the room. Overall, it is good and very convenient to get to the metro, Flixbus, and bus stops!

Great basic place in a good location. Can only recommend for a nice weekend stay in Paris.
Excellent location near 3 different metro stations. Clean and welcoming hotel. Room a little small but clean and warm. Comfortable bed. Breakfast a little repetitive but decent selection of sweet and savory options. Excellent staff.
The room was small and there was no kettle. The location was good and convenient, close to the Bastille market on Thursdays and Sundays – you can walk there directly! They have fruit and dairy products there.
I chose this hotel because it has an underground parking garage. It's also a few minutes' walk from the Bastille metro station, making it very convenient. The only problem is the room is small.
My favourite Ibis in Paris - great location and decent sized rooms.
The location is very good. You can walk to the Marais area and it is very convenient for various bars, restaurants and shopping. Of course, it is not far from tourist attractions. The subway is also very convenient. The room is very small. This location is very expensive.

I am traveling to Paris for the second year. Overall, it’s a good hotel with reasonable prices, but the room and bathroom are very small. The breakfast is not very diverse, so this year we booked without breakfast.
Close to the science city of Paris. But surrounding area is not very safe. Homeless can be found near by. Not so recommend for family trip.
ibis as a company as a whole would normally bring thoughts of cheap, decent budget hotels. Even though this hotel in particular has no obvious indication of being a budget hotel, the facilities are essentially equal and the rooms could be considered of lower quality and size, but still charging a higher price than the budget ibis hotels. The service is not amazing; language barriers can sometimes pose...
It's great, Deng Ziqi's music is playing in the hall.
Classic room, small and not very clean bathroom. Otherwise, perfect location: 5 min walk from the Zenith! Very good breakfast.
There were 6 of us cyclists and we were able to store our bikes safely. The lobby was very cozy; the staff behind the counter was accurate and friendly. The bar was nice; we could get a nice dinner there. The rooms were well insulated; the breakfast was extensive. The location of the hotel was ideal and we overlooked a well-kept quay

clean and convenient, good for business trip and travel. Recommend.
Very basic hotel. But clean and had no issues. Hotel does overlook cemetery and they rooms get very hot in the evening . Whilst the temperature adjusted . Still warm. The good thing is cheap and does the job for quick visits to Paris . It’s very close most things . We had great time . Thanks
Good location and easy access to all the tourist attraction . Walking distance to shopping mall and a lot of local foods around the area
Nice location Close to the hotel has many nice restaurants
Ugh... I just hope you don't get stuck with a room overlooking a graveyard.
Location of the hotel is unbeatable, everything is near and staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are in decent condition and they are spotless. Cleaners were changing our towels and linens daily. Hotel has a great cooling system. Breakfast was the only thing I expected more from, however, I absolutely recommend booking this hotel.

Friendly Staff and Helpful Service The staff were very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful, which made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Their service truly stood out and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The space is on the smaller side, but it was clean and well-organized. If you don’t mind a compact room and value great service, this hotel is a good option.
The hotel is far from the montparnasse station, The room is very small, and we have to paid some locker for our baggages .
Well-finished hotel, very comfortable, clean, and close to two metro lines. Excellent and varied breakfast. The restaurant is delightful. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend it.
No toiletries. No kettle. No air conditioning. Had to pay to store my luggage.
Overall, it's a pretty decent Ibis. The room, though small, had everything one needs, and it's quite close to the subway station. The only downside was the lack of free luggage storage.
The location is average, but it offers excellent value for money!

I am very pleased with the services, and the room is very clean.
The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient; it takes some time to get there. The front desk service was excellent; everyone was very welcoming upon check-in. The room facilities were all very good, but the hairdryer wasn't very good; it could burn your hands and didn't dry your hands completely in one go. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
The staff at desk was very helpful!
The room was comfortable, but lack of amenities.
Mustafa and his Team are exceptionally Kind and very. hospitable They have Created a peaceful and perfect place that is spotlessly clean. Spent a few days at Mama Shelter Paris and it exceeded all my expectations! The design is modern and fun, with thoughtful touches throughout the room. The bedding and slippers were nice, with a hip-hop style, but the cleanliness was average. There's an Italian restaurant on the eighth floor, which was quite crowded, so I recommend trying it. It's a bit far from the subway, a 12-minute walk. It's convenient for visiting the exhibition next door, but I wouldn't recommend heading to the center to see the Louvre and the Musee d'Orsay, as the journey...
Ok this hotel actually fits the vibe of a quick business trip or a weekend getaway! The rooms are actually styled well and comfortable and the hotel itself has good amenities for the purpose. Staff seem friendly enough, just the location wasn’t that great! But it’s fit for purpose
The room is small but has a nice design. The restaurant is great. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. This is a hotel with a great atmosphere. There is **** to see. The terrace has a view of the Eiffel Tower.
Very nice hotel with a lot of character - the design is impeccable and the rooms spacious. Check their hotel website when booking, they have some nice deals from time to time. Some downside is no water or coffee/ tea in the room, but I think this is by design to spend less time cleaning. I would have loved to see more hospitality from the staff. Overall a nice place to stay.
I had a great stay at Mama Shelter Paris West. The rooms were very comfortable, the temperature and ventilation were just right, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. Very Clean but small room a bit. Overall perfect 👍🏻
Second stay; the room was small but clean; the location was fantastic, close to many attractions and the subway station; unfortunately, I booked for 3 nights, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't make it and had to delay my check-in by one night, still paying for that extra night. This is less considerate and flexible compared to places like those in China…
Positives: - location!, walking distance to many attractions, very close to train stations, Roissy bus for the airport, great cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby (Galleries Lafayette, Opera) - quiet rooms - good beds - a recently refurbished bathroom - reasonably priced Negatives - rooms are a bit dingy - view from our window looked into a grotty inner courtyard
🌟 My stay this time really exceeded expectations! 🏨 The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable; I felt relaxed as soon as I lay down 😌. Aside from its location at a transportation hub, connecting to different modes of transport, the other services are lackluster. Nothing to say but room quite old and expensive a
Dated and basic hotel with no air conditioning. Not the cleanest or quietest but saved me with a last minute room when all other hotels nearby were fully booked. The price was higher than if it had been bought in advance and definitely doesn't deserve a 3 stars rating as it's more like a 1-star hotel.
Its near to Printemps luxury shopping mall n gare st lazare
This isn't my first time here. I love the location. Although it's a very old building, it's the cheapest in the area, so I have no complaints. Extremely old but I was told that they are going to refurbish the entire building very soon.
The hotel is convenient for us near from everything we wanted to do. The room was acceptable and the facility is adequate.
All the staff are friendly and kind, but I had a terrible experience of internet. I can't use a smooth Internet for work or entertainment. The location is nice which is nearby a subway station, but it also would be disturbed by the noise of traffic.

This is the best yet in Paris! The staff are super friendly the foods are delicious! Will stay again for sure!
Service was good . Enjoyed buffet breakfast for 3 days. Food was really good and enjoyed.
I was quite satisfied with my stay, so I extended it for a few more days. The location is super convenient with a subway, bus stop, and light rail nearby! There are also plenty of supermarkets around. It's really easy to get anywhere from here, making it perfect for those wanting to explore Paris in depth!
The breakfast consists of salad, bread, and coffee. While not extensive, everything was delicious. Also, it's worth noting that most budget hotels nowadays don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, so you'll need to bring your own.
Room is clean, I think they provide coffee all the time. As I went in in the afternoon about 3pm and I still able to get a cup of coffee. Their breakfast was good... Lots pastry, ham and cheese. But very limited egg options. I only saw poil egg while I was there. That will perfect if they provide more options of egg.

loved the stay. receptionist was nice, foodeasily accessible. less than 5 mins from train station. recommends going back!
The room was clean, the ambiance was elegant, and the staff were very patient.
The room was small and somewhat dimly lit, with rather dated facilities. The bathroom, though small, appeared recently renovated and was clean. No toiletries were provided. Housekeeping was done daily, and the front desk was staffed. The location was excellent, offering convenient subway access. The surrounding area was quiet and safe, with restaurants and a Carrefour convenience store nearby.
Beyond expectations! The hotel is located near Place d’Italie station (13 arr), near the police station. The neighborhood is peaceful and we feel safe. The room looks a bit dated and small but totally acceptable. We’ll stay here again when we come back to Paris.
The room was tiny, offering little more than a bed and a single-door wardrobe with a broken handle. I could only manage to open my large suitcase by the door, and when I did, it completely blocked the walkway. On the bright side, there was a balcony, and the view from it was quite pleasant.

We have lived in Paris as well as stayed in Paris on our way to my husbands parents many times. The location of this hotel is perfect. The service is not the best. Two men standing at reception watching us carrying bags up the stairs and no assistance. At the other 10 hotels of the same calibre we were always assisted with luggage and a warm greeting. It did not happen here.
Great location,friendly neighbourhood.good breakfast.
My Wife has stayed here twice previously and had a great experience and was therefore very excited to show me this hotel for our last night in Paris.  It was therefore a huge disappointment that it never worked out that way. The Male front desk staff was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. We had booked a “classic” room which is the same category as My Wife had booked and received on her second...
The location is excellent, but the male receptionist at the front desk had a terrible attitude. The room wasn't quite like the pictures; some rooms are very nice, but they might not give you the exact room shown in the photos you booked. The bathroom is very small. Don't expect too much; its main draw is the great location. I hope they can improve their service.
The service was excellent, and while the facilities are a bit old, the room was very clean. It's close to the metro, which makes getting around super convenient. Being in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, it felt very safe, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.
Terrible front desk service. The hotel states check-in is after 3 PM, but while we were waiting on the couch, at least three newly arrived guests were able to check in without any issues. We, however, had to wait until exactly 3 PM to be allowed to check in (and the room looked like it had been ready for a while). On top of that, the front desk tried to charge us twice 🙄🙄. Located in the 9th arrondissement, the area feels quite safe, and the metro station is a five-minute walk away. There's also a Chinese restaurant right across from the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, offering free luggage storage and requiring no deposit. The single room was a bit small, but for under 500 euros a night in this Paris location, it's pretty good value for money
The rooms are good; the double rooms are quite spacious, but the single rooms are very small. The location is convenient with many restaurants nearby. The staff I encountered during the day were all exceptionally nice, but the old man who checked me in at night had an incredibly bad attitude!!!!!! He was very rude and impatient. Definitely a thumbs down for him!
Clean room, good service staff, strategic location. If electric kettle is available then would be perfect, but there’s hot water supply from coffee machine.
Rooms in Paris are generally quite small, but this one is exquisite, long-shaped, and has a clever layout, making the most of a small space. It's clean with a separate wet and dry area. The security is good, and the front desk staff are polite. It even has an old-fashioned elevator that operates quickly. Highly recommended!

Good location, slightly out of the main city but really easy to get to by metro. Nice bakeries nearby. The 3 for amenities is based on the lack of tea and coffee making facilities and how tiny the rooms are.
Not near the subway. Except this all other things quite good. Bar, reception, room are very nice No any noisy sounds. Soundproof is really good.
No kettle in the rooms, nor tea bags. Disappointing for a hotel of this category.
I had a great stay at this stylish hotel in Paris. The room was very clean and, although small, it’s exactly what you’d expect in Paris. Check-in was smooth and the staff were genuinely friendly. The hotel itself has a very cool and modern vibe. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the on-site parking garage is reasonably priced by Paris standards — a big plus. Definitely not my last stay here!
The room is average, relatively small, and the facilities are average. Environment: average, the window is small and cannot be opened. The hotel breakfast is good, with many choices, and the restaurant is good.
We have always enjoyed staying here, but unfortunately, this time, our experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the restaurant manager. Really nice location and the staff very friendly The bed was really comfortable
Hotel was simple. Free coffee and tea at lobby. Booked a 1 room apartment. Spacious. Beds were ok. Separate room for bathing and toilet bowl. Location was great. A stone throw away from a small interchange with line 5, 6 & 7. Surrounded with restaurants. A shopping mall just beside. In fact my room facing the mall (interior). Value for money in terms of of Paris hotel. Definitely recommnded.
The hotel is located directly on a metro stop with multiple lines which is extremely useful. Also, very good options for food are available by walking distance all around, as well as a big shopping mall. The hotel is simple but with nice touches such as free coffee available in the reception area. I would consider staying again in the future.
Not a bad place to stay in a safe area of Paris. There's free coffee, a kitchenette in your room, and even a bathtub. Very much worth it for the rates.
